Once everyone was all together, they exclaimed to one another and started chatting, but Universa cut off their monologue and started acting like a president.
Universa: So...ready to crush some evil queen windpipe?
Someone people: Uh, sure!
Universa: Then, it's settled. We'll be waiting for the villains to arrive and attack San Francisco. Hopefully the city doesn't become abandoned and I can rebuild it in a second right away. But we'll also need some way to spy on them if they're already in the city.
Cole: How would you know that?
Universa: *whispers* If I'm going to ask this army to attack an individual that's one of the villains or a pawn of Ravenna, then I'm going to need a spymaster, a person perfect for spying on other people. I know Batman, Spider-Man, Captain America and other agent heroes are great at that. But I'll need someone to outlook at alien ship as well. If there are any aliens ships.
Universa lit up her head in a genius thought.
Universa: Wait a minute, hey Sonic!
Sonic just so happened to be right next to her.
Sonic: Yeah?
Universa: You're super good at spying right?
Sonic: Uh, average.
Universa: And small.
Sonic: I'm literally down to a toddler's size.
Universa: And quiet?
Sonic: *whispers super quietly* When I desire to be.
Universa: And 150% expandable.
Sonic: I don't know what that means...but O-KAY!
Universa: Great! Heroes who are excellent spymasters, you'll be on outlook on the most hard places in the city where the villains are most likely to be. The others, just be on watch and see if you can spot any sign of the villains, including Ravenna. Hopefully, when she spots you, she doesn't turn you into trophies. I'll be on the Golden Gate Bridge. Got it?
Everyone acknowledged in agreement and went to their outlook positions.
Once Universa was sitting on the first highest part of the bridge, she relaxed when she felt the wind and was staring out at the shining, blue ocean.

Universa: (As mush as I love the Real World and what the humans have made, I am still enraged at them for what they did. You know what, I should probably stop with all of this. This is getting on my nerves)
The goddess/celestial touched her audio-link in her left ultima ear and called the spymaster group.
