Chapter 4

I awoke to screaming and shouting. "WELL YA DIDNT HAVE TA HIT HER ON THE HEAD!" Someone shouted.

"SHE WAS MAKIN FUN OF ME!" Someone else shouted.

"STOP YELLING!!" I shouted. When I opened my eyes I Spot and Race yelling at eachother. "Thank god your ok!" Race said then ran and hugged me. I felt safe around him so I huged him back.

"Can we go home? I dont fell so good..." I asked Race. He nodded and put my hat on ny head.

When I went to stand he said no and he carried me all he eay back to the lodging house.

"There ya are! Weve been worried sick bout youse two!" Jack said.

"What happend to him?" Blink said.

"He go inta a fight with Spot and he needs ta rest. I be right back im gonna put him in his bed. Jack come help me" said Race. Jack went to help him. They boyh carried me upstairs into the bed room.

"Ok what did ya do ta get Spot mad?" Jack asked after me put me on my bed.

"I kept calling him Puppy because of his name..." I look at Jack and he was shaking his head with Race.

"Look ya dont wanna be messin with him ok? He aint a good kid." Race said and Jack agreed. "Well... I erm.." I got interupted by Race.

"Do ya like him or somethin?" He asked. I nodded an looked up at him. A wave of hard flashed through his eyes. Great! Race likes me and I like Spot... Well I might like Race also but... I just dont know... I felt my eyes get heavey and the last thing I heard was

"She is asleep come on Race ya should go ta bed also... I know its hard when ya like her and she like Spot but what happens happens..." I heard shuffling then.

"I guess it was ment to be..." Aww I feel so bad for Race now! But thats when I fell asleep.

**NEXT MORNING**  

I woke up early again only to see Race already up and getting ready.

"Hey Race... Why you up so early?" I asked.

"I couldnt sleep after I woke up again" Thats all he said. I walked up to him and hugged him.

"Thank you" I said. He pushed me away and said "Just go find Spot and suck on his face and kiss him!" When he said that it hurt alot! He looked at me and saw the flash of hurt im my eyes.

"Im... Im sorry Chris its just that... I dont want ya ta get hurt and in just weird around goils..." He said. He looked to innocent and vonerable. I felt so bad!

"Its alright now look at me!" I said and he turned to me. Thats when I did something I didnt know I would do. I kissed Race. When most of the boys woke up me and Race were still kissing.

Jack ran over an hit us both on the head and we looked and saw all the boys staring at us. I think i have ta tell ghe boys now... Great!
