Chapter 14

I woke up and got ready. Then I woke up Spot and told him get ready for the day. I told him were not selling were going to investigate about Jack Josh and Race.

We headed out and went go Manhatten.

"So what are we doing exactly?" Spot asked.

"Were figureing out what Josh Jack and Race are up to. They keep talking about us and im not sure if its good or bad. But I want to know."

"What of its nothing? There just talking about how cute we are?"

"No no there up to something"

We stayed silent for the rest of the walk.

We walked fo Joshs shed and started to spy.

"Josh what if she finds out? What will happen then?" Jack asked.

"She wont ok? Chris is a strong girl and can take care of herself with out me here." Josh said.

Wait so he is leaving me? No...

I got up dragged Spot away and started to cry.

Spot pulled me into a hug.

"Shhh baby its ok. He wont leave forever ok baby. Shhh" Spot cooed me.

I cant live without my brother around. I just cant. He is a part of me that no one can ever take from.

He cant just leave me.

I pulled away from Spot.

"Im going for a walk" I whispered and walked away. Spot nodded and headed back to Brooklyn.

I just kept walking. I had no clue where I was but I know Spot had people behind me. He is over protective.

I kept walkng for a couple more miles. Still not knowing where I am.

I believe I am in city somewhere. I could tell because everyone here was either extremely fancy or extremely not.

I walked past kids playing and kids stealing.

I looked like a regualr kid. Not to high class but not to low class. A middle class kid.

I kept walking untill I stumbled across a boy.

"Hello!" He said.

"Hi"

"Whats your name darling?"

"Jessica" I smiled.

Why would I give him my real name? Pfft no one is that stupid.

"Ahh Jessica would you care to walk with me?"

"No thank you I have to be going now."

I turned and walked away but he pulled me into an alley way and pinned me to a wall.

"Jessica I will find you one way or anothed. I will find you. Im gonna get you to be mine!" He threatend.

He walked away after that.

That was the worst threat ive ever heard!

He is stupid I dont live near here! Ha!

I saw Shark out onthe cornor of my eye. Why Spot sent him? Cause he is the right hand man.

"Hey Shark"

"Damn you werent supposed to see me" he cussed many words but I couldnt hear.

"The make sure your always out if sight!"

I kept walking but I finally gave up and layed in a meadow.

I was playing with grass and just relaxing.

I kept making bracelets out of flowers and such.

I soo got bored and just layed there.

I finally just drifted off into a soft sleep.
