"And here we are, the Secret of Faelium Forest."

The forest was filled with white flowers and willow trees, there was a lake on the right, it was like a forest inside of a mountain's walls which you can still see the sky and the moon above. Lilith's eyes were widen in awe.

"Wow, it seems so ethereal." Lilith said, she entered the cave like vines entrance as Peo followed her. She looked around, all the white flowers are small, none of it seems to glow nor even look like the flower from the book. She frowned, worried that it might actually be just a myth. The secret forest was majestic and massive, as if they entered a portal to a new world.

"Lilith, we must find it right away, the witch said that as long as it is midnight, we can be able to see it. But it has very low chance to find it." Peo said, in the middle of the forest, there were small pathway of wisps-it looked like a small blue flame trail.

"What is that?" Lilith asked in curiousity as she squinted her eyes. The path went straight to a cave filled of moss and vines. Peo's eyes narrowed, cautious of what it might be. She held Lilith's arm before she was about to go the wisps.

"Careful, it might be a trap, I'll lead the way. You stay at my back and hold my cloak, if anything happens just tell me right away." Peo said as she went to Lilith's front, they followed the wisp and one by one fades when they pass through. As the wisps fade from their back, their heads seems to get lighter the more they get closer to the cave.

"P-Peo, I-I feel d-dizz-" As Peo looked at her back, she swiftly caught Lilith who lost her balance. Lilith slowly closed her eyes as she slept in Peo's arms. Peo felt her body's heat, her sweat falling of her forehead as she slowly fell to her knees as they both fell to grassy ground.

"Do not disobey my orders Selene, I tell you, it's dangerous out there." A man said, he has a white fabric clothing wrapped on his body and a golden leaf on his hair.

"But they're my people too, they need me. I'll heal them." A woman with a very long curly hair said. Her eyes begging at the man as she gently grabbed his hand. "Helios, my love. . . Please." she said as she laid his hand on her cheek and gently held his hand. She gazed at his eyes, his eyes filled with worry.

"Selene. . ." He said as if he was slowly drowning in her ocean eyes. "I can't lose you." he said softly, as he placed his other hand on her waist pulling her close to him. "I won't let that happen." He said.

"You won't, you will not lose thee. I will stand with you until the ends of the earth. My love shall forever live with you, Helios. . ." She said calmly as she slowly grabbed his chin with her fingers. Slowly, she pulled him down for a kiss. Her lips were soft that he felt his body melt like a candle. He tightened the grip on her waist and pulled her closer to him. He deepened the kiss as if he will never let her go. Yet, He pulled away slowly, their foreheads rested on each other.

"I know how much you love our people, but if they ever harmed you, they will be severely punished to death." Helios said with bitterness in his voice. Helios always knew that's she's stubborn, he wouldn't even take away her freedom so he has to trust her deeply.

She might choose to save the world, but he'd burn the world just for her.

Helios watched as Selene rushed to go back to the forest mountains. He wanted to split himself to be with her. However, he was in patrol and in command of their people at war. Helio fought, there were arrows, blades, and shields clashing into each other.

The clangor was ceaseless until everything had gone silent. . .

Helios' sword fell to the ground as his hand and body lost its strength. His eyes glew in wrath, as he quickly tightened his grip. He roared in anger as the mountains turned into shambles.

He was too late when he knew that the rebels were only after Selene.

His world vanished through thin air, quickly with no caution. With all the bitterness and hatred in his heart, he cursed all men with eternal pain. Helios wrapped his arms around Selene's lifeless body. No amount of pain could ever compare to see his lover gone.

Since then, the men suffered with illness until death and only Selene's love could ever save them. Despite the betrayals, Helios knew that she'd be forgiving. He knew her more than anything, and love her most of all and everything.

With her, he was everything.

Lilith slowly opened her eyes and saw Peo snoring beside her. She smiled and giggled when Peo suddenly opened her eyes and stood up.

"What in the world was that?!" She said, her expression were completely confused. The wisps was gone.

"It's Selene. . . She's calling us over there." Lilith said as she looked at the entrance of the cave and pointed at the wisp. There was a voice, a sound of a lullaby with a pure and soft tone of a woman humming. Peo and Lilith went to the cave, the wisp vanished from the moment they entered.

"Woah" They both said in unison.

"Those must've been it. The flower Selenethia." Peo said, there were glowing flowers in the gigantic cave, there was an underground lake and a lot vines and moss. The cave was filled of the flower Selenethia that became its light from its glow. The ceiling seemed like the starry night sky with its crystals and spikes.

“Thank you, Selene.” Lilith whispered as she felt her heart jump in joy. She smiled widely as she quickly wrapped her arms around Peo. “Thank you, Peo.” She said and looked up at her with a smile on her face. Peo smiler and patted her head.

Lilith and Peo gathered some flowers as they both enjoyed the view. Lilith felt so relieved, she can finally go back home and cure her people.
