"ED!" Drew screamed as he pulled Ed's arm away from Lorraine, who was crying as her husband held a knife. Ed came to and dropped the knife. "Ed..." Lorraine panted. "I'm sorry" he said.
"Ed, it was her! It was her" Lorraine said and Ed's face contorted to one of anger. He turned and ran back upstairs. "Ed, what the hell is going on?!" Drew yelled. "Help me find it!" Ed yelled back. He ran into the living and froze upon seeing Alexandra passed out on the couch.
"Why is she asleep?" Ed asked. "What?" Drew asked, confused as Lorraine stood next to him. "Why the hell is she sleeping?!" Ed hollered. "Something was controlling her! She tried to kill herself and then she passed out" Lorraine replied.
"She needs to wake up. She needs to wake up!" Ed yelled, grabbing the woman's shoulders. "Ed! Get the fuck off of her!" Drew yelled, pulling Ed backwards and standing protectively between his wife and Ed. "She's dying!" Ed yelled and Drew's eyes went wide. "What?" he breathed.
"Isla! The-the woman. She's killing Alexandra!" Ed breathed heavily and Drew turned around to face his wife. "How do you know that, Ed?" Lorraine asked, placing a hand on his arm. "She told me. She showed me! She's gonna kill her from the inside out" Ed said, tears forming in his eyes.
"Baby? Allie! Wake up, alright? Allie, you need to wake up!" Drew yelled, crouching down next to Alexandra. Blood slowly started dripping from her nose and Debbie screamed as some dripped from her ears too.
"ALEX, WAKE UP!" Lorraine.
"FOR GOD'S SAKE, OPEN YOUR EYES!" Ed.
"HOLY SHIT, WAKE UP!" Drew.
Alexandra's eyes snapped open and she sat up straight as she screamed, her hands clamped over her ears. Drew covered his ears due to the close proximity and they all watched as every lightbulb slowly got brighter before exploding. Debbie and Lorraine screamed as they exploded, sending glass flying everywhere, the only light in room being a soft orange glow that was coming from Alexandra.
She breathed heavily as she stopped screamed and her hands slowly dropped from her ears, now coated with blood as she turned to look at Drew. She let out a sob before leaning into him and he wrapped his arms around her tightly, pressing a kiss to the side of her head as he whispered reassurances into her ear.
"Go. Ed, go! Go find whatever it is!" Drew turned his head and Ed hesitated before running out the room, Debbie and Lorraine right behind him. "I've got you, baby, I've got you" Drew breathed, rubbing Alexandra's back softly.
"I didn't want to" she sobbed and he nodded. "I know, I know" he sighed. "Can you...can we call Lorraine's mom? Please, I need to know Eddie's okay" Alexandra cried as her chin quivered and Drew nodded. "Stay here. I'll call her" he pressed a kiss to her forehead before rushing out the room.
Drew came back a minute or so later. "He's fine, he's asleep right now. She checked on him and everything" Drew said and Alexandra let out a sob of relief. "Baby, what happened?" Drew asked, crouching down in front of her.
"I just...I..." Alexandra stuttered before holding her head. "Okay, you need rest. You need to breathe, okay? Just...go to sleep, okay? Go to sleep" Drew smiled reassuringly, laying the woman back down as she nodded. The moment she closed her eyes, she was asleep and Drew smoothed her hair down.

"SON OF A-" Alexandra shot up, immediately being met with a pounding headache. "Easy, easy" Drew said softly, rubbing her back. "What do you need?" he asked. "My meds...and some painkillers" she groaned softly and Drew nodded.
Ed walked back into the room, a glass of water and three pills in one hand as he used his other to hold his cane. "Here" he knelt down in front of Alexandra, handing her the glass. "Thanks" she mumbled before putting all three pills in her mouth. It took a couple of tries to get them down but she did it, sighing softly.
"What the hell happened?" Ed asked and she looked up at him. "Did you...?" she turned to Drew who nodded. "We told him what happened to you" Drew nodded. "I saw her. In the corner of the room. The...the screaming came back, all the voices. They were so loud, I just wanted them to stop" Alexandra sighed.
"Did you...did you consciously make the decision to try and kill yourself?" Ed asked. "No. I would never do that. It's like...someone was controlling my body and I was just watching. After I blacked out, she was in my head. She kept...she kept showing me things...things I didn't want to see" Alexandra explained.
"What kind of things?" Drew asked. "Edmund. She showed me...killing Edmund. She said that, if I didn't kill myself, that I'd kill him. She showed me you guys, dying" Alexandra started to cry and Ed hugged her quickly. "Okay, okay. It's okay. We're all alive. We're all fine" he reassured her.
"Where...where's Lorraine?" Alexandra sniffled, pulling away. "Out" Drew replied simply and Alexandra nodded. "There's nothing in these interviews. Her friends barely saw her after she got back from college" Drew said, turning to the papers on the table.
"Jessica?" Alexandra asked. "Yeah" Drew nodded. "Doesn't that seem strange to you? I mean, we're here, the Glatzels live here, just 15 minutes away. But Jessica lives 180 miles from here. Why is this one so far away?" Ed pointed to the map respectively.
"Drew, where did she get her totem?" Alexandra asked. "I just saw something about that. It was in an interview with her parents. It was in a box. She brought it back home in a box from college" Drew grabbed some papers and looked through them.
"Where'd she go to college?" Ed asked. "Fairfield" Drew looked up. Ed sighed and grabbed Jessica's pin, bringing it closer to the other two. "Get the map for that area" Alexandra said to Drew, and he did so. "This woman lives in the area" Alexandra moved her finger in a circle around the map. "Still a lot of ground to cover" Drew sighed.
"Yeah, but not a lot of train tracks. Remember Lorraine's vision? She said she heard a train" Alexandra pointed out. "What time was it? Maybe we can start eliminating some of these" Drew said. "Probably close to midnight" Ed replied. "Then it can't be either of these two. The commuter lines don't run that late. That just leaves this freight line that crosses the river here" Drew pointed.
"The river" Ed said, looking up at Alexandra. "Oh, dear god" he breathed.
"Fuck..."
~
"Give me your keys. You stay here, call the police" Alexandra said as Ed pulled his jacket on. "What do you want me to tell them?!" Drew asked as he threw the keys to his wife. "Anything! Just get them out there!" Alexandra yelled over her shoulder as she left the house with Ed.
"Give me the keys!" Ed called. "You drive like a snail!" she yelled back at him. "You don't even have a license!" he protested. "GET IN THE FUCKING CAR!"
