When I arrived at Ilocos I immediately went to our home, I missed it so much though especially my sons and mommy. Ang tagal na kasi nilang nandito at umuuwi lang sila sa Manila tuwing semester break or vacation month. Simon and Vinny was the only one staying at Ilocos meanwhile, Sandro is now at London to continue his college.

"Dad!" Vinny called while he was playing with Oreo, he walked towards me and gave me a hug. "Vin! Damn, you're growing so much na. I missed you huh!" I said and gave him a pat.

"Same, dad. Anyways Simon is in his room still sleeping" I nodded and placed my arm around his shoulder while getting inside. Dumiretso agad ako sa living room at nakita ko si Imee, her eyes widened when he saw me.

"Aba buti nagkaroon ka ng balak na bumalik!" she stood up and did a beso with me. "Yeah of course, eh ikaw kamusta na?" she just shrugged and went back to her seat.

"Anong hindi mo alam? ano 'yon hindi ka sure? Nagpacheck-up ka na 'di ba?" I asked and sat beside her.

"Oo" she nodded and turned her attention at the news. "Does your sons know?"

"Oo kasasabi ko lang sa kanila kahapon. Eh ayang mga anak mo naman apaka chismoso eh at nadulas pa." she laughed and shook her head.

"Have you been taking your meds?"

"Oo na, oo na! eh paano si mommy lagi akong pinipilit. Kahit nasaang lugar pa ako! parang hindi rin siya nagm-maintenance eh mas marami pa gamot niya kaysa sa akin" she rolled her eyes and I chuckled. "Ang hirap talaga ng tumatanda, Bonget ayokong tumanda!" she said and lightly slapped my shoulder.

"Tigilan mo ako manang ang OA mo" sambit ko at tumayo nagpaalam naman ako that I'll go upstairs so I could check on mom, si Simon ay mamaya ko na pupuntahan since tulog pa siya.

"Mom?" I knocked. "Wait....Bonget?"

She really knew who am I just with my voice huh? it's probably because kaboses ko si Dad.

"Come in anak" I entered the room and smiled at her. I immediately walked towards her gave her a kiss on a cheek.

"How are you doing here?" I kneeled and held her shoulder. Kailangan ko kasing pantayan ang height niya dahil naka-wheelchair na siya.

"Of course I'm doing well and alive! how about Josefa? natanong mo na ba sa kaniya iyan?" I laughed and nodded. "Of course mom, don't worry I'll talk to her again later"

"By the way way where's Sara? She's coming 'di ba? I'm very excited to see my grown up apo. Nagkabalikan na ba kayo?" sunod-sunod na sabi ni mommy.
