Yuzuriha commented, as she wore a worried look on her face. You smiled nervously at the fact that Senku was smirking as he threw around the clay vases and stomping on them, resulting in them breaking. You knew the reason behind Senku's behavior but it was still .. a bit un-expecting to see.
"the heck are you doing, Senku?" Taiju was confused by the males behavior.
"Staging a scene, obviously," Senku replied as he stomped on the vase. He explained on how it'll look like Tsukasa remark freaked you all out that you three decided to run away.
"Whaddya mean by that? Are we really gonna give up?"
Senku responded by saying that it'll look like it so they'll have time to create weapons of science, basically meaning guns.
"We're gonna hunt for materials to make weapons. Starting at Hakone!"
"But how will we get there?" You asked, you knew the answer but you still wanted to include yourself into the conversation.
"By getting on top of a hill I can locate where hakone is, just think of it as a big, 80-kilometer adventure!" Senku had a smirk on his face, he walked towards hakone and we three followed him.
"The cherry blossoms seem different somehow." Yuzuriha commented. Her brown hair catching the sunlight, the girl had a curious expression.
Senku grabbed a hold of a petal, holding a disinterested look, "because the ones we're used to, called Prunus yedoensis self-pollinating." Yuzuriha asked what that meant, Senku replied in simpler terms saying that they were extinct.
As Taiju went up, he gasped. His face was in awe because of the beautiful view. You as well, were amazed. Senku on the other hand groaned since he was a bit tired, he wasn't really athletic built enough so he didn't have a ton of stamina.
Senku pulled out one of his gadgets, sextant was it?.. Taiju pointed at it, asking what it was. Senku replied with saying sextant, so you were right. Senku put the gadget up at his eye, closing one and opening the one that had the sextant in front of it.
"It's been 35,970 seconds since sunrise"
"You just spit that number out like it was no big deal."
"Wait, how do you even know?" You asked.
"By simply finding the two lines, one on the arm and one on the sextant body, that most match each other."
