Megan's POV

The next day after the misunderstandings, Joshua sat next to me, leaving Natalie with nowhere to sit. I pushed Joshua away, resisting to sit next to him but all he did was to mutter something else to do with pissing me off like 'DON'T PLAY HARD TO GET, MS PREY.' 

And then Natalie came along, eavesdropping with our conversation (actually it's not really a conversation, more like annoy-sation?) "Why are you being so rude with your lover, Megan?" said by my best friend whose acting's so bad!

Why're the both of you being so harsh to me? What did I do to deserve all of these? Can you please just say that you like one another? Is that really so hard to say? 3 words, 3 syllables and 8 letters. Was that difficult? *insert sarcastic voice*

"I agree. Is that how you treat your admirer?" Joshua's acting's just the same as Natalie's. And now he's picking up a fight within all of this. If that's the case, I've got a lot to say.

"What if I say yes? Would you give up with...." He cuts me off. What a rude guy! I'm not even done with my speech.😭

"No, I won't." He said, holding my hand gently as if it was a real romantic gesture but no! It was because he needs to pull my hand away from his arm. I was tapping him for reasons that I pity him then after that he shove his eyes towards the board. I get it, he doesn't want Natalie to know about all my doubts. Well, I think she kinda knows about it although she also didn't took it seriously. How come everyone doesn't want to take me more seriously?😩

Natalie just sat behind me and left Joshua and I alone. Joshua didn't talk for the whole lesson and I'm surprised that he didn't get sent out from the class. Well, not always in Physics, Chemistry and Biology classes because Natalie is in his damn class. But during our English classes he always behave badly so most of the time he'll have like a bunch of detentions every hour. Why? Because Natalie wasn't in our English class. For gods sake she's in top set and we're only in set 2.

After the class, Natalie said she needs to practice for cheer leading. Hold on, come to think of it, Natalie was cheering for the basketball team and by means of destiny, Joshua was in that team - not to mention that he's the captain of the league. What I'm getting at is that all along, Natalie and Joshua were too close from each other due to their curricular activities yet they weren't that attached to each other! What a shame to say! I mean they should've talk since they were both leaders of different league!

"Oi, pervert!" I yelled to Joshua. He gave me his 'What' look and keep his mouth shut even if I called him a pervert. Usually, he will scold me if I call him pervert but I guess he's too pissed off to argue with me right now. Guess that's my sign that Natalie's comment earlier have affected him. "Have you ever been talked to Natalie?"

"And what can I get in exchange if I answer that stupid question?" Bitter much? If Natalie acted like that then it doesn't mean that she really do meant what she said. I swear, this chap is really getting into my nerves. Such a naive dude!

"Whatever you want, maybe? As long as it has nothing to do with..." He cut my words off again. But after I said that, his eyes sparkled like something extremely worst will happen to me.
