Taylor hadn't talked to anyone the whole day, not her parents, boyfriend, publicist, even back up dancers and singers, who she usually was the sweetest person on Earth with. No one tried to get her to talk either, everyone just focused on trying to not piss off Taylor before the show. Taylor was pissed, angry, sad, in pain, and grateful all at the same time. She knew she wasn't doing the right thing but she couldn't help it.
It was currently 11:30 pm and she was waiting for the woman and man to be led back stage by Alec. Her parents tried talking her out of it, as well as her boyfriend and her publicist, but she was in no mood to listen to them. before they could come, tree barged into the room after a heated argument with the guard outside the door. but no one could win against Tree so he caved and let her in against Taylor's wishes.
"Tree?! Ugh, I knew Matt was useless!" Taylor exclaimed, obviously not meaning it but just pissed and tired from her show.
"I'm going to sit here so the first thing you say is not 'give me back my baby'," Tree said, sitting down next to Taylor.
"I wasn't going to. I was going to say 'You took away my daughter so now I'm calling the cops'," Taylor said with a pout, making Tree hold back a laugh.
After a moment of waiting, the familiar man and woman Taylor had eyed down the whole show were now in front of her. They looked just as excited as any other fans were, their faces lighting up in excitement as the woman told Taylor how much she loved her. Tree kicked Taylor's foot, a silent warning to be nice.
"Nice to meet you both, have a seat," Taylor said, giving each of them a water bottle.
After they both settled down and stopped fan girling over Taylor, she continued with what she had to say.
"You have a nice necklace, I had one but I have it to a little girl," she said, not so subtly.
Tree discretely kicked Taylor's shin while the woman and man shifted around awkwardly and gave her a small, forced smile.
"H-how nice," the man said.
"I was wondering how you both got your hands on a designer piece which there is only one of, the one I gave to a small girl."
Before Taylor could say more, Tree cut her off. "Anyway, taylor just wants to know you better. Why don't you tell us more about you? Are you both married? Have kids?"
"Well, we got married a year ago, tomorrow is our one year anniversary. And we have a little girl at home who we love so much, her name is Emily. She's the sweetest kid ever," the man says, smiling at his wife.
"Emily? Emily?! You mean Arden. Her name is Arden!" Taylor says, standing up and yelling.
Tree's eyes widen in shock as she sees Taylor's outburst, pissed off at Taylor's behavior. She gives the couple a sorry glance before pushing Taylor back on the couch.
"Sorry about her, she's on medication and is very loopy," Tree says, trying to make up a believable excuse.
"It's fine, we should get going," the woman said, eager to get away.
"No!" Taylor yelled as tree gave them a nod and told the security to let them out. She yelled for Travis as she couldn't hold Taylor back from running to them. Travis picked up Taylor easily and wrapped her into a bear hug as she kicked and screamed at him to let her go.
"If you don't let go, we're over, Travis!" she screamed.
She kicked and screamed her way out of his grip, tears streaming down her face as she ran through the hallway, trying to catch up to the couple. She yelled at the guard to make them wait but they were getting further and further. After realizing she couldn't catch up, she fell to her knees and started to cry.
