We were shocked to say the least.

"It's too late for him, he's not going to make it. He'll die in the next few days. Jotaro, it's not your fault. The reason why this man swore loyalty to Dio and tried to kill you, is because of this." Joseph explained once more.

Jotaro then spoke "What is this spider like growth, you say this is the reason why he came after me?" He asked as Avdol then nodded his head and the answered his question. "That is a flesh bud, formed from Dio's own cells. It connects to his brain, this tiny little flesh bud was implanted in his brain, to influence his mind."

Joseph then spoke. "In other words, that flesh bud is a controller that draws for certain feelings. Charisma! The kind that can make even the most unwilling of soldiers, blindly follow ruthless dictators with all of their hearts. The kind which can turn devout Christians into the most insane of cultists. This young man was influenced to admire dio and swore loyalty to him!"

He then took a small breath, before then speaking again. "Dio, according to Legends and what we know, is said to be extremely charismatic, which means he can sway others to do his bidding with his charisma alone, he used that to order this young man, Kakyoin, to kill us."

Jotaro then spoke. "Then extract it already!" He exclaimed as Joseph then spoke once more. "It's not that simple, it's deep in his brain, if he moved while we were extracting it, it could cause irreparable brain damage." Upon hearing such news, Jotaro could only stare at the predicament and think.

In all honesty, I had no business with any of this.

I just came to Japan for information, to find the one who would lead me to my fate... However, there could be a chance that my fate is to be with these guys... Perhaps until something changes or someone arrives, I don't know.

But what I do know is that from Avdols story, this Dio is it true monster, similar to the one that... I am searching for... But never mind all of that for now, this monster this thing, this Dio... He is like a endless pit of greed, wanting power and followers amassed to do whatever he wants of them.

He's a pit of want with no bottom, a monster who is never full and always consumes everything.

I don't know why fate brought me here, what I do know, is that through whatever means possible, I will help destroy this Dio.

I was then pulled out of my thoughts by Joseph's words. "You would have died a few years later, your brain completely devoured." He said with words of caution.

Jojo then spoke. "Died? Hold on a minute. Kakyoin here... Isn't dead yet!" JoJo then yelled as he summoned out his stand. "I'll pull it out using my Stand!" He said as he prepared to extract the flesh bud.

"Wait Jotaro!" Joseph started to speak, however any contact with Jojo could have any negative impact on his method of removing the flesh bud. "Old man don't touch me! I'll pull it out without harming his brain." JoJo said as he prepared to remove the bud.

Using my Stand, I created a barrier of water separating Joseph, Avdol, me and JoJo. That way he could work without being interrupted.

It was at this moment when JoJo reminded us that his stand was extremely precise, capable of grabbing a bullet out of thin air with ease.

I watched patiently and silently as he tried to extract the bud, however I watched as it squirmed and screamed and tried to infect Jojo. I now feel worried, but I had to keep up my faith and beliefs that Jojo would pull through.

A few moments later, he successfully pulled the entire Bud out of both Kakyoin, and himself.

Joseph then coated his hand in some sort of golden energy again as the bud instantly disintegrated after he touched it.
