Not for the first time, Gongenzaka was struck by just how tiny Yuya was compared to him. Yuya was so tiny that his whole hand was barely the size of the bigger boy's thumb. He was so tiny that Gongenzaka sometimes feared that he might accidentally snap Yuya in half if he hugged him too hard. Of course, that wouldn't happen, he'd hugged the tomato tightly plenty of times and Yuya was still in one piece.
But seeing Yuya laying with his little tomato head in Gongenzaka's lap, napping peacefully under the sunset-painted sky, it made the bigger boy melt. Gongenzaka carefully removed his jacket and tucked it over Yuya like a blanket. The smaller boy was so tiny that the jacket actually covered him like a proper blanket.
Yuya mumbled something in his sleep and nuzzled Gongenzaka's lap a bit, before going still once more. Gongenzaka smiled as he watched the tomato sleep. It was starting to get a bit late, but the bigger boy didn't have the heart to wake his friend. A slight breeze blew through, but it didn't bother him in the slightest. Yuya was safe and warm under his jacket, and that was all that mattered.
After a while, Yuya began stirring, and his ruby eyes fluttered open. "Gon...?" he mumbled, lifting his head and looking around sleepily. When he saw Gongenzaka, he smiled. "Good morning!"
Gongenzaka chuckled. "You mean good evening?" Yuya blushed and nodded. "Mhm!" His tiny hand rested on his friend's knee as he sat up. He blinked in surprise as Gongenzaka's jacket slipped off him. "Oh! Your jacket!"
The tomato picked the giant jacket up as the two boys stood up, and handed it to its owner. Gongenzaka smiled as he put it back on. "C'mon, I'll walk you home!"
Yuya smiled up at his friend, and Gongenzaka melted a little at how adorable he was. "Thanks, Gon!" the tomato said.
"Anytime, Yuya," Gongenzaka said. "Anything for you!"
