Byleth and I had split up a while ago. Since Byleth would be a teacher here, I suggested that they speak with each of the house leaders since they would be able to give the most information on their classmates.

I, however, had gone ahead and went to the library first and wrote down a notice for the boards in each of the classrooms.

Hopefully, these would help with letting the students know they have someone to talk to if needed.

Carrying the papers with me on my walk to the classrooms, I put them on each of the bulletin boards I came across.

Reaching the classrooms outside, I started off with the golden deer classroom, as not only was it the closest, but it was also my favorite from my first playthrough.

Seeing that the door was already open, I smiled and went inside.

Looking around, I saw that everyone was here, aside from Claude, who I had seen outside.

Walking in quietly, I put up a paper on the wall where everyone would see it on their way out.

I knew that a majority of the Golden Deer students were shy or would take time to open up, so I left it at that.

Heading to the next classroom, I looked at the banner. It was the Blue Lions classroom.

No doubt I'd be talked to by someone in here.

Heading in, I immediately felt eyes on me, causing me to grow a bit anxious.

Reaching the board, I put a paper on it as I straightened it in place.

Turning to leave, I accidentally bumped into someone who was walking into the classroom, causing me to drop the papers.

"Ah, I'm so sorry!" I said, as I quickly went to pick up the papers.

"Ah, no, that's my fault. I should have avoided that." They said. Seeing them hand me a small stack of papers, I nodded in thanks before looking up at them.

Black hair, brown eyes, that's definitely Felix.

"I'm still sorry. I'm usually more aware of my surroundings." I said, standing up.

He looked me over before his eyes landed on the sword on my hip.

"You must be one of the people who helped save that Boar Prince of ours." He said as I nodded.

"Yes, I was one of them. Though my help was barely needed." I said, shaking my head.

"I somehow doubt that. He said you were quite skilled, and he doesn't just say things like that." He said as my eyes widened.

"Really? I wasn't aware of this." I said, surprised.

"Huh, Felix, who're you talking to?" Asked another voice from behind him.

Felix let out a sigh as he turned to look at them.

"Sylvain." Felix said in a brief greeting as said red-headed man reached us.

"Huh, you're a new face. I'll be honest, I didn't take Felix for the type to like the airheaded ones." Sylvain said as I laughed awkwardly.

"Ah, no, he was just helping me gather my things after I dropped them." I said, quickly correcting him.

"Speaking of, I should introduce myself." I said in realization.

"Hello, my name is Laneiya Lambence. I'm a commoner who will be working here as a counselor starting today." I said, bowing slightly.

"A counselor?" Felix asked.

"Yes, I'll be here each day, helping with any issues the students here may have, be they big or small. Aside from that, I'll also be helping out with tasks wherever I can." I said as Felix nodded.
