[At King's Cross Station, up on a crossing bridge, Harry, with his cart of his baggage, equipment, and Hedwig, and Audrey, with her cart of her baggage, equipment, and Midnight, both walk beside Hagrid. A couple look at Hagrid, suspiciously.]
Hagrid: What're you looking at? [He then checks watch] Blimey, is that the time? Sorry, Harry and Audrey, I'm gonna have to leave you two. Dumbledore will be wanting his, uh... well, he'll be wanting to see me. Now, uh, your train leaves in 10 minutes. Here's your ticket. [hands the train tickets] Stick to it, Harry and Audrey, that's very important. Stick to your ticket.
[Harry looks at his ticket and then looks at Audrey's ticket to see if he read it correctly.]
Harry: "Platform 9¾?" But, Hagrid, there must be a mistake. This says Platform 9¾. There's no such thing, is there? [Harry looks up, but we now see that Hagrid has vanished and Harry and Audrey are all alone with their cart.]
"Hagrid! You just left them there?" Professor McGonagall says shocked.
Hagrid begins, "Well..."
"No, it's fine. We found out where Platform 9¾ was with a little bit of help." Harry interrupts Hagrid.
Audrey: Harry, did you just say Platform 9¾? There is no such thing as a Platform 9¾. There's a Platform 9 and 10. Oh! That means Platform 9¾ must be between Platform 9 and 10.
Amelia comments, "You're really smart, Audrey."
"She is!" Fred says.
"Really smart!" George says.
"Like really." The Weasley twins say together.
"Yes, she is," Ron says. "She's top of our year along with Hermione."
"Thanks!" Audrey says blushing in embarrassment.
[Harry and Audrey are walking down a lane between trains. A man rushes by.]
Man: Sorry.
[Harry sees a guard.]
Harry: That guard must know where Platform 9¾ is, Audrey
Audrey: Harry, you're completely insane he's a muggle! [Harry ignores Audrey and goes up to the guard] Idiot!
"He is an idiot." Hermione and Audrey says in unison.
Harry: Excuse me, excuse me.
Guard: Right on your left, madam.
Harry: Excuse me, sir. Can you tell me where I might find Platform 9¾?
Guard: [incredulous] 9¾? Think you're being funny, do ya? [he walks off, muttering] "9¾."
Audrey: I told you so!
Harry: Whatever, Audrey.
"You should have listened to your sister, Potter." Professor McGonagall says making many nod in agreement.
[Harry and Audrey then notices a woman, daughter, and four boys walk by, pushing carts.]
"Hey it's us, Fred." George says grinning at his twin.
Mrs. Weasley: It's the same year after year. Always packed with Muggles, of course.
Harry: Muggles?
Audrey: Non-magical people.
Harry: I know what that means!
Mrs. Weasley: Come on. Platform 9¾ this way! All right, Percy, you first.
