[The next morning, in the great hall. The gang is sitting, eating. Harry is twirling his food on a fork.]
Ron: Take a bit of toast, mate, go on.
Audrey: Ron's right, Harry.
Hermione: You're gonna need your strength today.
Harry: I'm not hungry.
[Snape appears at the table.]
Snape: Good luck today, Potter. Then again, now that you've proven yourself against a troll, a little game of Quidditch should be easy work for you. Even if it is against Slytherin. [Snape walks off, limping. Harry notices this.]
"Why is he limping?" Amelia asks.
Harry: That explains the blood.
"What do you mean, Potter?" Fudge asks.
Hermione: Blood?
Harry: Listen, last night, I'm guessing Snape let the troll in as a diversion so he could try and get past that 3 headed dog. But, he got himself bitten, that's why he's limping.
"But why would anyone go near that dog?" Draco said curiously.
Audrey: But why would anyone go near that dog?
Audrey and Draco glance at each, resulting Draco to smirk at Audrey who roll her eyes and looks away.
Harry: The day Audrey and I were at Gringotts, Hagrid took something out of one of the vaults. He said it was Hogwarts' business, very secret.
Hermione: So you're saying...
Harry: That's what the dog's guarding. That's what Snape wants.[Hedwig screeches as she enters the Great Hall. She is carrying a very large, long parcel. She drops it off at the table.]
"Why though?" Ginny asks.
"Shhh. Watch the movie." Mr. Weasley said to Ginny.
Audrey: Harry, are you sure? It kind of sounds far-fetched.
Snape smiles gratefully at Audrey who smiles back.
Harry: Yes Audrey, I'm very sure.
Ron: Bit early for mail, isn't it?
Harry: But I... I never get mail.
Everyone tears up except for Umbridge.
Ron: Let's open it.
[They open it to reveal a broomstick.]
Harry: It's a broomstick!
Ron: Thats not just any broomstick, Harry. [recognizing the model] It's a Nimbus 2000!
Audrey: So? It's just a broomstick.
Ron: It's a Nimbus 2000, Audrey, a Nimbus 2000!
Audrey: Still just a broomstick
Sirius chuckles, "Wow Audrey, just like your mother."
"Lily also had no interest in Quidditch." Remus states.
Harry: But who...?
[He notices Professor McGonagall up at the head table, stroking Hedwig. She smiles and Harry nods.]
"Thank you Minnie! For giving Harry his first broomstick." Sirius yells making McGonagall nod.
[Later on, inside a Quidditch tower, the Gryffindor team is marching toward the starting gate. They reach it and stop, behind a closed double door.]
