"HE'S... WHAT?.."

your mother asked in a low-tone voice, her eyes wide from the information. "A-Are you sure? when was the last time the both of you saw each other?", she began to ask questions, you gulped.

Stupid!... hundreds of lies to be made up yet I lied that Yuji's missing.., you thought.

"In school- after classes, I went to their room yet he was nowhere to be found...", you replied. You really don't intend to lie, but Megumi said not to spread the information about Yuji or you and your mother will get in trouble.

You feel so guilty when your mother hurriedly went to take her phone and contact the police station, before she presses the call, you stopped her, "M-Mom! n-no... it's just- I uh.. I already contacted the police! yeah.. and uhm- they're already on their way to search for him.", you nervously said and started to sweat a little, hoping for her to believe your made-up lie.

As if the Gods were on your side today, your mother let out a sigh of relief, seeming to be convinced by your words. Your mother then gestured for you to eat, "You must be hungry my dear, eat up well okay?", she ruffled your hair and you smiled in return.

You looked at your mother, who's currently watching in the tv. You frowned, you've sometimes lied to your mother, but most of the time you were honest since she gave you the right discipline as you grow up. Therefore, lying was never your thing, unless it's for the good. You were just doing what's best for the two of you.

You mentally apologized to Yuji, you'll eventually explain yourself to him, so for now, you just need to be careful for your mother not to be suspicious against you.

You continued to eat, mindlessly staring on your own food infront, until a doorbell was heard. You flinched, you looked over to your mother who also stared back to you. She asked you, "Do you have an idea who it is?", you shook your head in response as she made her way towards the door.

You nervously chewed in your food, and when you heard your mother ask, "Who is it?", then you heard the sound of the door opening. You heard your mother gasp, getting your attention. You gulped nervously and slowly walked towards the doorway.

You hesitated to show up because of your gut feeling telling you that you're in trouble, but you kept your held low and appeared at the doorway. You glanced at your mother who froze at her spot, you then stared up to the person in the door only to see the familiar, pink-haired boy with a confused expression on his face.

Oh, you really are in trouble.

Your eyes widened and tilted your head in confusion, He was not supposed to be here isn't he?!...- oh wait- he did mentioned that he'll pay me a visit.. I messed up BAD!, you thought.

You nervously glanced to your mother who's now glancing back at you. With her seemingly disappointed expression, you sighed, "A-Alright! it's my fault for lying, hear me out-"
