New....Girl?

"What is that?" Kai looked over Yeonjun's shoulder at the paper that the older boy was holding. Yeonjun shoved it in his pocket.

"It's nothing" He lied quickly, standing up as the other three were now walking over to join them.

"Yeonjun has a girlfriend" Kai tattled while they were all walking to Beomgyu's house. It wasn't the biggest change ever but it was kind of strange not being at Taehyun's house all the time. Of course the decision was made since Taehyun's dad and sister were almost always around and it defeated the purpose of the boys wanting to be left alone in complete solitude. At least at Beomgyu's house, the only person they had to worry about was his older brother, who never left his room or was either out with his friends. 

"Kai!" Yeonjun punched the maknae in the arm, resulting in Kai just laughing. 

"You have a girlfriend?" Beomgyu was surprised. He had never even considered that a possibility, none of them had. In their minds, it would always just be the five of them. Of course, they all knew someday that one or two or three would get married but they had never actually imagined it that way. 

"No! I mean, maybe. I have a girls number, that's all" Yeonjun shrugged. Everyone stopped walking, staring at him. 

"Ooh, Yeonjun has a girlfriend!" Beomgyu teased. Taehyun rolled his eyes and started walking, not waiting for the others to catch up. It had barely been two months since they all got back together and now Yeonjun might be leaving again. Of course, he'd still be around but a relationship takes a lot of attention. Yeonjun would not have time for his friends anymore. 

"No, I don't! I'm not even sure if I'm going to text her, I might just throw it away" Yeonjun pointed out.

"Don't do that! Your the first of us to ever get a girl's number, you should use it" Kai assured him. Taehyun blocked them all out. He thought the whole thing was ridiculous. They had each other, what more did they need? 

The next day, while they were all sitting at lunch, a girl came and sat down next to Yeonjun. Taehyun glared at her until Kai kicked him under the table. 

"Guys, this is Hwang Ara. Ara, this is Taehyun, Soobin, Kai and Beomgyu. My friends" Yeonjun rested a hand on Ara's hip, his arm around her waist. Taehyun gagged and stopped eating. He had lost his appetite. 

"Nice to meet you Ara" Soobin replied as respectfully as he could. He was a little unsure of the change in their group just like Taehyun but didn't want to be rude. 

"Your on the cheer team, right?" Beomgyu started up a conversation with her, saving the others from having to do so. Taehyun stared at his food until the lunch bell rang and he threw it out, going to his next class without a word to Yeonjun.

"Why are you being so rude to her?" Kai leaned against the little fountain in the courtyard of their school. 

"I don't like her" Taehyun took a bite of his apple, ignoring Kai as much as he could. 

"Because she's a girl or because she's probably dating Yeonjun-hyung?" Kai guessed. Taehyun didn't answer this time, handing his apple to Kai without a word. It was taken and the maknae finished it off, throwing the core in the trash and rejoining Taehun. 

"Both" Taehyun answered, getting up and walking away. Kai rushed to catch up with him.

"You knew this would happen eventually. I'm not surprised that it's Yeonjun-hyung either. He is the oldest" Kai explained.

"You don't need to remind me. I am well aware of his age" Taehyun retorted. 

"So what's the big deal? If you knew this would happen, then why are you so upset about it?" Kai questioned, eager to know the answer. 

"It's not a big deal. I'll be okay, Kai. Alright, just give me some space" Taehyun turned and walked out of the school courtyard, heading home without his friends. He needed a moment to think. Much to his dismay and relief, nobody followed him or showed up at his house. They all hung out at their own homes instead except Yeonjun. He never went home that day or night.

I know this one is a little bit shorter. I hope you still enjoy. Thoughts on Ara? There isn't a lot of information about her yet though. Would you all be interested in me adding in members from other groups for a chapter here and there?
