Tw puking and sickness

Kiara and Sarah where hanging out at Sarahs house. Jj and John b where out surfing. The girls where sitting on the couch. Kiara started feeling a bit sick but brushed it off. After about an hour Kiara ran into the bathroom and started puking. Sarah rushed in after her and held her hair back. Kiara stopped puking and Sarah asked if she was ok. Kie said her stomach hurt but it's probs just something she ate and it will pass in a few minutes. Both girls headed to the living room and Sarah put on a movie. Kiara's stomach still hurt like crazy but she hoped she wouldn't puke again because it gives her anxiety when she does and she just hates it it always makes her cry and shit. Suddenly Sarah rushed into the bathroom and ended up puking. Kiara went in after her and held her hair and rubbed her back. The sight sadly made Kiara puke again and just as she was John b walked into the house. He heard gagging in the bathroom and rushed in to see Kiara bent over the toilet crying and puking with Sarah holding her hair and rubbing her back. John b rushed over and Kiara just collapsed into his arms and cried. He felt so bad for her because he knew how much she hated this and she's like a sister to him. He hugged her and walked her back to the couch when he heard Sarah call his name he rushed into the bathroom to see Sarah hunched over the toilet. He rushed over and held her hair while she puked. When she finished her helped her to the couch. He got 2 bins and placed them beside each girl. He went outside and rang jj
On the call
Johnb. Hey you need to come pick up Kiara
Jj. Why is everything ok
John b. Not really both girls are puking idk what it is but I suggest you come get her
Jj. Omg I'm on my way dw

John b headed inside. Kiara got a text on her phone from jj
Jj. Hey cupcake how you feeling
Kiara. Fine why
Jj. Stop lying John b told me you are sick
Kiara. Ok I am but it's no big deal
Jj. I'm on my way
Kiara. Really I'm fine no need to worry
Jj. No your not I'm almost there

Kiara closed her phone at that and snuggled up to Sarah. After about 5 minutes jj came in the door. He walked into the living room and said hey cupcake how you feeling. Kiara replied with shit. Jj goes well where going home so. Jj went over and picked Kiara up and carried her to the car. He said thanks to John b and started driving home. On the drive Kiara suddenly said pull over jj did just that and Kiara quickly jumped out and started puking in a bush. Jj jumped out the other side of the car and held her hair and rubbed her back. Kiara was balling her eyes out and jj just brought her into a hug. He says I know it's hard but your ok shhh. They both got back in the car and drove home. Jj helped Kiara into the house and then carried her upstairs to their bedroom. He layed her in bed and got a bin to put beside the bed and then layed next to her. She instantly put her head on his chest and started crying. Jj was saying it's ok cupcake your ok everything will be ok. She started to calm down and played with his rings while she stroked her curls. Once she calmed down he asked her why she lied to him about being sick. Kiara said I didn't want you to worry and I don't need help everyone thinks I need help all the time and it's not a big deal. Jj says it is a big deal and that he knows you like to be independent but you need to let people help you and take care of you especially when your sick because you hate being sick and it gives you anxiety and all that. Kiara just cried into his chest while he hugged her and stroked her back until she fell asleep.
