A/N: This was pretty rushed and I'm too lazy to properly write everything perfect so bear with me ok :D

Lio woke up with a start to a noise. She was sleeping with Danny in her room, and she heard Luna leaving. She sat up groggily and put on some clothes and lay Danny back in bed, before quietly following.
As she crept through the halls, she stopped. Crabbe had grabbed Luna and was taking her somewhere. Lio hid behind a corner, her heart beating in her ears. She knew Crabbe and Goyle well, but if Umbridge put them up to this they would be too scared to disobey her. She slowly turned round the corner, only to be face to face with Goyle.
He grabbed her shoulder in one hand and her hands behind her back in another and dragged her towards Umbridge's office.
"Goyle please" she whispered. "Please don't do this" she was close to tears but he didn't loosen his grip, pushing her through the door of Umbridge's office and standing with the others.
Harry sat in a chair in front of Umbridge, who slapped him across the face. Lio pulled at Goyle, but he wouldn't budge, and Umbridge started to suggest the cruciatus curse. That was when Hermione intervened, saying they knew where something was, and led her out of the room. Suddenly, there was a puff of smoke and a horrible smell, and Luna, Neville, Ginny and Ron managed to escape. They hadn't seemed to notice that Lio was there, and though she struggled, she couldn't get out of Goyle's grip. When the smoke bomb was done, she was still stuck.
"Goyle, come on! We're friends!" She exclaimed, looking at him. He just shook his head and remained in place as she struggled. Draco hesitated on what to do next, and everyone else had left.
Lio had had enough.
"For fucks sake Goyle!" She spat, stepping on his foot hard and escaping from his grasp, only for him to grab her again before she could even get a metre away. He seemed to be feeling powerful, because he sat her in the chair and tied her hands behind her back. She glared daggers at him, but he brought out his wand and pointed it at her.
"Crucio!" As he said that word, all Lio could feel was pain. She couldn't breathe, and everything felt hopeless and horrible. She felt like every inch of her skin was being stabbed repeatedly and she writhed in the chair, unable to stop the scream that came from her throat. Though her vision was blurry, she could see a fight in front of her, and the pain began to dim a little. When she could see again, Goyle was out the door and Draco was kneeling next to her chair, untying her. She fell to her knees and cried, as Blaise and Mattheo came in. They rushed to her immediately and hugged her, and she just went limp, the pain dim but still there.
Draco was crying too at this point, saying sorry over and over.
After a while her body was just numb, so she stood up. The three boys stood up with her, and realization dawned on Blaise's face as he looked at her.
"No. No way. No way in hell Lio, you cannot follow them. You just got cursed Lio!" He grabbed her shoulders gently. "You don't have the energy! You don't have the strength!" But she had a determined look in her eyes.
"I'm going to help Harry." She said firmly.
Blaise sighed. "Well, then I guess I'm coming with you. But how will we get there?"
"We could go via floo, but I feel like they'll see us coming that way. I think we should take the thestrals." Lio said, walking out of the room and down the hall. Draco, Blaise and Mattheo followed until they got to the entrance of the bridge to the forbidden forest.
"I'm so sorry Lio, I'm so sorry." Draco said, looking shaken.
"Wow Draco you look pretty traumatised. Why don't you go back to your dorm and wait this all out, ok? Mattheo, you can go with him." Mattheo shook his head.
"No way. I'm coming too." He said determinedly.
"No, you're not. Please Mattheo, I need you to take Danny to Cho and help her look after him. If all of us die, you too will be in charge of him, ok?"
"Why?? We're the most mis-matched duo there is"
"But that's why you'd be perfect! Cho has brilliant maternal instincts, and you're insanely protective, plus you have a soft side. Come on, please? We don't have much time."
He stood there contemplating, before hugging Lio fiercely.
"Don't you die, ok. I'll kill you." Lio laughed.
"I'll try not to. Bye!" She waved one last time, before running after Blaise to the thestrals.

Once they got there, Blaise went over to stroke them, and Lio just stood there.
"You've seen someone die?" She asked, and Blaise nodded.
"My cat, Asparagus." He brought her hand over to one of them, and helped her climb on before climbing on himself. They soared high in the sky, Blaise whooping and Lio feeling a bit sick.
'I must be weak...' she thought, clinging on for dear life. The pain was mostly gone, but she still felt tired.
Once they got there, they crept in slowly, and found the floo hall. From there, they heard sounds of attacking coming from the Death chamber.
Suddenly, there was a scream. And Lio recognised it.
"Harry" she whispered, running to the doorway. But Blaise grabbed her arm and dragged her away, and behind a pillar.
"Are you seriously thinking of going in there right now?" He whispered aggressively. "There's no way i'm letting you do that. I'll go in, and make sure it's safe, ok?"
Lio glared at him. "I have to go in there. What if something happened to-" she was cut off as Blaise hushed her, hiding as they heard Bellatrix come out.
"I killed Sirius Black, I killed Sirius Black~" she sang joyfully, and Harry ran after her, crucifying her. Lio watched in both horror and relief that Harry was still alive, but couldn't do anything as Blaise held her middle firmly.
They watched as Voldemort appeared, and Dumbledore fought with him, making him disappear. Lio was about to breathe a sigh of relief, when Harry fell to the floor and started saying weird things.
"You've lost old man." He said to Dumbledore, and Lio gasped.
As Blaise was momentarily distracted, Lio jumped up and out of his grasp, running towards Harry and kneeling by him. Dumbledore tried to pull her away but she wouldn't let him.
"Harry. Harry wake up!" She said desperately. He brought his hand up to touch her face, but smacked her across the cheek.
She leant back in shock, Blaise again trying to pull her away, and using a spell to alleviate the pain. She just kneeled a little away from Harry, watching him as he struggled with Voldemort.
"You're the weak one." Harry said suddenly, changing tone. "And you'll never know love, or friendship. And I feel sorry for you."
With that, Voldemort came out.
"This isn't over, Harry Potter." He said, leaving. Harry breathed deeply again, and Lio watched him carefully, unsure of whether it was safe or not. Cornelius was behind them all, gasping like the idiot he is and stuttering that Voldemort was back.
Harry slowly sat up, and looked around. His eyes widened when he saw Lio, crawling over to her and hugging her gently, both of them on their knees and crying. Blaise just sat there awkwardly next to Lio and patted her back.
Soon after, Dumbledore helped Harry up, and Blaise helped Lio up, and they walked out of the ministry slowly. They walked down the road until they got to a secret point, and everyone apparated. They arrived at the gates of Hogwarts, and Lio sighed. She turned to Blaise.
"Can we go to Hogsmeade?" She looked at Harry. "I know you need to rest, but I need a nice hot chocolate and a chat with Mrs Higgle, if you don't mind. I don't think I have the energy to go back just yet." Blaise put his arm around her shoulder and smiled. "Of course, let's go" And Harry held her hand gently, before letting go. "See you back at the castle for lunch?"
"See you" she smiled tiredly, and they went their separate ways.
They soon got to Brews and Stews Cafe, and Blaise pulled out a chair for Lio. They sat down and stared out the window at the frosty houses. It was supposedly spring, but it was still quite cold in the mornings.
Mrs Higgle came over and smiled, getting them their drinks and chatting about small things, like the weather and the plants.
"I don't really understand why you want to talk about such boring things when you've just had a massive event happen to you." Blaise said, frowning. Lio smiled weakly.
"That's just it I guess. When I feel like everything is hopeless, I like to focus on the little things. It helps calm me down."
"Well, we should get you to the castle now. You need to be checked by Madam Pomfrey. And, you should also tell Harry what happened." Blaise said, getting up and offering Lio a hand.
"Yeah. But I think I'll wait a bit. He'll be mourning right now, and I don't want to put an extra weight on his shoulders right now." She smiled as they walked down to Hogwarts.
Once they got to Hogwarts, they went to the hospital wing, where Madam Pomfrey sat Lio down and checked her over. Blaise sat on a chair next to her bed and held her hand, and Madam Pomfrey frowned.
"It looks like that Cruciatus curse did you some damage. Because all the blood rushed to your skin, some of your vital organs stopped working properly for a bit. That means that you'll have to be extra careful about what you eat and do, ok? Your body is very weak. Not too much exercise, keep a healthy diet. Your boyfriend can make sure you do all that, can't he?" She smiled and looked at Blaise, who wasn't paying attention.
"No, we're not- He's not-" Madam Pomfrey just smiled and walked away as Blaise laughed.
"Wow, you took that as an insult, huh? What's so bad about me?" He pouted and Lio laughed.
"Nothing, nothing" she chuckled, unaware that they were being watched.

Cornelius was sacked the next day, as was Umbridge, and Lio and Harry went back to their normal lives as much as they could. Though they didn't talk much about the things that happened, both not wanting to worry the other.

Also, I have the bonus (the Valentines day one) written but on paper😭 so I have to write it on my phone now yay. That's where Brews and Stews came from, so yeah.
