The lively party passed like a breeze, and soon morning arrived.

The three youngest maknaes were exhausted, sitting on a bench in their university cafeteria.

Jimin and Taehyung sat together, but Jungkook immediately squeezed in between them.

Jungkook and Jimin gripped each other's shoulders while sipping on the smoothies they had bought a moment ago, letting out sighs after every sip.

Taehyung sat quietly, lost in thought, staring into nothingness

"Hyung, this whatever whoever reception party is so exhausting," Jungkook murmured, glancing at both of them. Jimin simply nodded in agreement.

"I thought we might get a break today... I didn't expect Namjoon hyung would do this to us," Jimin grumbled in frustration.

Jungkook and Jimin had pestered Namjoon for a whole hour this morning, begging him to let them take the day off.

But eventually, they realized that their Namjoon hyung was too tough and cruel to be swayed by Jungkook's pout or Jimin's cute antics while they have a university test exact same day which they tried to shush off from their hyungs.

Jimin took a deep breath, closing his eyes tightly while tightening his grip on smoothie.

Jungkook slumped his shoulders, annoyed by the chirpy voice behind them.

"Oppa? What are you guys doing here?"

It was none other than Miso, who never missed a chance to join them, unlike Rune and Yn, who were always quick to distance themselves, even from their own shadows.

How could Miso resist this chance? How could she sit quietly without flaunting her closeness to her stepbrothers to everyone?

Initially, the three youngest Kim brothers had hoped to keep their step-sibling relationship under wraps, but with Miso always eager to brag about it, that was easier said than done.

Everyone, including the Kim siblings, were convinced that Yn wouldn't be any less proud than Miso of their relationship, but they had guessed wrong this time.

The eldest brothers had realized long ago that Yn didn't properly acknowledge anyone in the mansion.

Yet, the few youngests always believed it was just an act of playing hard to get.

"Drinking smoothies, what else?" Jungkook replied, sounding uninterested.

They had almost grown accustomed to Miso's annoyance.

There was a time when Jungkook had nearly cried in front of his older brothers out of frustration because of Miso's constant pestering.

He was so frustrated because he couldn't just strangle her.

"I can see that, oppa!" Miso giggled.

Jimin sighed, rubbing his forehead. First, their sleep had been completely robbed by the party, and now Miso was testing their nonexistent patience.

The poor boys had to endure everything because of their father.

"Then why ask?" Jimin said through gritted teeth, trying to keep his anger in check.

Miso stuck out her tongue and fell silent, realizing they were tired.

Miso might not be smart, but she wasn't completely clueless either.

She knew they were irritated by her and knew they wouldn't harm her.

And Miso was eager to take this opportunity to show off to the other students.
