6/19/24 - I tried doing the raven method. I felt a tingly sensation, and I could picture my DR easily. But unfortunately I did not shift (YET). Instead I ended up dreaming about Michael Cera and David Cross. Probably because I binge watched arrested development before my shifting attempt 😭
