To Love A Monster

Jeff had just said Herobrine, her brother, was here! Was it even remotely possible? His true love was Null, wasn't it? She felt for presences, ones that didn't belong. Sure enough, a presence she recognized all too well was there. She teleported down to the living room, where Trender was bound in chains, his cheeks nearly black from rage.

"Herobro!" She unchained Trender with a wave and launched herself at the god, hugging him tightly. "I missed you so much! How are you here!?"

She felt him shudder in her arms, and pulled back to see him smiling. "It's so good to see you're safe, Little Sister. I was sent here by Mother Nature to help you. The other gods will be arriving soon, each a day apart. I've met Zalgo already, and he caught me up to speed on what's happening."

"Okay, that's... awesome. We need all the help we can get. Wait... why did you chain up Trender, then?"

"I... wasn't aware that I was not in danger. Zalgo failed to mention 'Trender' was not a threat, and he certainly looked threatening..."

"Well... he's not scary. But my mates are."

"I s- wait. Mates? Plural? More than one?"

"Two! Uh... just two. I don't think I could handle three... especially considering who they are."

"...Who are they?"

"Two... 'brothers,' though they're not blood related. Slenderman, and Sexual Offenderman, but I usually call them Slender and Smexy, respectively. I was with Smexy first, my heat kinda... brought us together."

She stopped to let him process that information, feeling her mates' presences heading toward her. She turned to greet them, getting a kiss from both of them. Smexy spotted Herobrine behind her, who was still processing everything. The god looked up after a few minutes, and Smexy walked up and offered his hand.

"Hey. Heard you're the new guy."

"Temporarily. I'm here to help with the problem of the carrot man." Herobrine shook his hand.

"The... oh, the one who's been burning the trees. Right, he does look like a carrot."

"You must be the sexual offender. I hope I won't have to do anything with your soul."

Brina stepped in, "Herobrine! That's what he used to do. He doesn't do it anymore. Not since he met me." She looked up at Smexy with a smile, and he returned it.

"Oh. Uh... right, sorry. Just don't want my little sister dating a jerk."

"We're married," she corrected, as Slender walked up beside her.

"Indeed, we have skipped the matrimonial ceremonies, however. There was no need for such an occasion, as my brother Trenderman would have insisted on a large party, with human guests to fill the seats."

They heard an indignant scoff from the fashion brother, who quickly teleported away.

"Uh... right."

"I know this is probably overwhelming for you... but this is my family now. Weird, wacky, wonderful... even though they're all killers, in some way."

"Okay... well, Zalgo did tell me everything I need to know about the situation... besides, you know, everyone who lives here.  Anyway, we should probably wait until the other gods arrive... I hope Null will be next. He must be so worried about me."

It wasn't too long, about a week, before everyone arrived. Null had thankfully come through the portal first, then Entity 303, and Red was last. As she was talking and catching up with the gods, her mates began introducing themselves to her previous family, and helping her new family introduce themselves properly. Everyone was cordial, friendly, even. Then it came time to discuss battle plans.
