Chapter 6
Healing them

I returned back to the Butterfly Mansion the next morning, I was exhausted. I ended up killing 4 different demons that were all terrorizing the village.

Laying on my bed, I stared at the ceiling for who knows how long before I did end up sleeping for the rest of the day.

I woke up the next morning and slid on some different clothing. A nice shirt with a skirt reaching below my knees. I put on some slippers and walked to the healing center.

Aoi told me she needed my help again today with the three guys, one of them being Tanjiro. I walked to the room and saw all three of them in bed.

"Ah it's Hoshiko!" Tanjiro exclaimed, despite him having to recover. I smiled and took a seat to him. "You're supposed to be resting your voice, that's what Aoi told me." He chuckled nervously, a faint blush on his cheeks.

"Sorry."

I shook my head and grabbed a cold rag, "How's your rib?" "Still broken...and bruised." He said, holding onto it.

Gently taking his hand off, I set the rag on his rib. Yeah, it was ice cold so I wasn't too surprised at the reaction Tanjiro had. I cringed, "Sorry, sorry. It's gonna help with the bruising at least." He nodded and laid down.

I got up and walked to the boar head, "Medicine time." He nodded simply and took the medicine. Just like last time, only slightly tilting the mask up, and drinking the medicine. The yellow haired boy gave me a panic look, knowing it was his turn.

"Oh no no no no! Not the medicine!" He shouted.

I shushed him and walked to his bed, "It's just real quick." He kept shouting as he tried to get him to drink the medicine.

I groaned and rolled my eyes.

"Don't make me get Aoi!"

He shut up right after that and started crying. "That girl is terrifying, no way in hell do I want to deal with her." So, hesitant as he was, he did end up taking the medicine.

I put a hand on my hip and looked at the other two, "I heard you two have Rehabilitation Training in the upcoming weeks." Boar head didn't bother to chime in or pick his head up.

Poor guy, what did he go through on that mountain?

Tanjiro did however. "Oh, what is that?" I grinned, "I'll leave the surprise up to Aoi and Shinbou."

"Pretty lady, you scare me," the yellow haired boy said, pulling blankets over himself.

I rolled my eyes and began working on some other patients. When I returned back that evening, I had noticed they all fell asleep. I sat next to Tanjiro, placing a rag on his rib. I felt bad for lifting up his shirt to see the bruise, but luckily it was healing a little more.

Tanjiro shifted which caused me to pull away. He subconsciously reached for my hand and squeezed it, I smiled slightly. Good luck in Rehab Training...you'll need it.

A/N: Oof short chapter, I thought this would a good mini one bc y'all need some fluff. This one was kinda cute lol.

Anyway I should be releasing chapter seven sometime today which will be their rehab training. It'll be a long one so be on the watch for it.
