Chapter 22 / A Blackout

Sorry this chapter is a little bit late really sorry. I had been away with no Wifi plus been working hard. Also please comment what you think of my story so far. ~K

(Silver's POV)

I wake to a cold stone under my back and the sound of snores around the stone outcrop. I sit up to see Ace sitting across form me and I glare at him.

"What are you doing here Ace?"

"Coming to say sorry and hoping I could still travel with you guys."

I try to stand then notice Zoro's arm around my waist. I put his arm next to his head and stand. I walk over to Luffy and tap him in the head with my boot.

"Meeeeeeaaaaaaaatttttttttt~ Coooooooommmmmeeeeeee~ Baaaaaccccckkkkk~ !"

I kick Luffy in the gut hard and he jolts awake.

"What Silver?"

I point at Ace and then walk over to Vivi and tap her on the shoulder and she gets up.

"These are the two you need to talk to Ace."

I walk over to the sleeping form of my boyfriend and sit next to him. I hear a slight moan and his arm snake around my waist. I set my hands on his arm. Zoro pulls me close almost ontop of him and I hit him in the chest playfully and Zoro opens his eyes and smiles a full smile. I take one hand off of his arm and put it on his head and mess with his hair.

"Wake up Z or no special meal from me."

"I am awake already Silver. Now get it or my stomach will beg for me."

"Ok then let me go honey."

His arm lets go and I get up and look for my bag which had the food and see it is not where I left it. I look in the direction of Ace and Luffy and see it at their feet. I slowly draw "Red" out and I hear the boys gulp in fear and not to swallow the food. I walk up behind them and they turn around and I gave them the "Your Dead." look and I the boys drop sideways like they died. I sigh and turn to Zoro. 

"The Captain and Ace ate the food Z. Damn Idiots don't do that or else."

"Dammit I really wanted to taste your cooking again." 

I walk back over to Zoro with my bag and set it down next to me. Zoro sat up and looked around.

"So was that all the food in there?" 

"No but all I have is some fruit and vegetables." 

I pick up two rocks and throw them at Ace and Luffy as they were inching towards Sanji's food bag. 

"That sounds good anyways. You could make something with the fruit."

I pull the bag in between the two of us and I pull out three apples, two carrots, one pineapple, and four water canisters. I look over at the boys and see they are looking over at me and they get a gleam in their eyes. I look at Zoro and he understands me and he stands up and so do I. We walk over to the boys and Luffy looks up at Zoro and Ace looks up at me and I crack my knuckles with major emphasis.

"So who is going to give first ACE!"

I hear everyone else start to wake when Ace shivers and scrambles to get away. I run a few strides after him then take a large leap and land on his back and he slides to a stop in the sand. I pull Ace's hat back and he starts to choke and he taps the sand at least ten times before I let him go. We walk back to the stone outcrop where the rest our travel partners were. I turn into a Lepored and walk over to Luffy and Zoro to see Luffy has at least twenty bruses. I look at Ace and see he has a indent where I choked him.

"You have learned your lessons Boys."

Ace shuffled to Luffy. Ace held on to Luffy and peered over his shoulder to see if I was in range of an attack. I turn back to my normal human form. Nami, Usopp, Sanji, and Chopper look at us confused at what happend. I put one arm over Zoro's shoulder and he did the same back.

"We need to start to head out."

"Agreed and hopefully we find a town soon."

"We are almost to Alburnia."

I turn towards the way of the city and let my ears out and I hear a few scuffles of feet in the sand. I narrow my hearing to the sound of voices. A faint sound of voices sound and my ears twitch to a sound of hoofbeats of horses and camels.

"I think we need to hurry if we are going to get there before the War dose."

I look at everyone and they had a tired look in there eyes. I glare at Sanji and he makes something for them. I keep listing to the sound and notice a few war crys in the sounds. I look over at the rest of our group and see Zoro not eating. I walk over to him and see he was asleep. I flick him on the forehead and he wakes up and starts to eat the food that was infront of him. I look at my bag and I pull a cleaning cloth out of it and pull "Red" out and place the sheith next to me and hold "Red" between my knees and I start to clean Red's blade when I finsh cleaning it I hear A few shuffles of the group getting up and I put it back in the sheith.

"You ok Silver?"

"Huh?"

I look up and see Nami infront of me and I then realize she was talking to me.

"Ya. Why?"

"Well you are turning red and I feel body heat coming off of you and it is really warm."

"I don't feel anything wrong with myself. Are you the one who is sick?"

Everyone else looks in our direction and then Zoro walks over and I put "Red" in the loop on my belt then Zoro picked me up and everyone besides Zoro acted suprised. I squeked a little and then noticed he was not holding on to me tight. So I turned into a snake and wraped around Zoro's neck and slightly squezed his throat.

"Don't do that again Zoro." 

Then I uncoil myself and drop off of Zoro and turn back into my human form.

"Are you trying to kill me Silver?"

"No."

I start to walk in the direction of the city of Alburnia. Everyone starts to follow. We walk for a few hours then once we got close I slowed my pace and the rest of the group stayed at the same pace. I notice a black haze around my vision and then see Zoro walking up next to me.

"Silver? Are you sure you are ok?"

"Not really I just feel a little lightheaded."

Zoro stops me and stands infront of me with his back to me. I lock my arms around his neck and then blackness consumed me.

(Zoro's POV)

I feel Silver rest her head on my left shoulder and I pick up her legs and start to walk to the group. Everyone looks at me and Silver but I keep walking. We all split in to four different groups

#1: Nami, Silver, Me.

#2:Luffy, Ace 

#3: Sanji

#4: Chopper & Usopp

And Vivi would stay back and come later in the fight. Then a bunch of giant ducks come running our way and they stop at us and Vivi says we should ride them.

"Vivi what about Silver she had blacked out."

"You can hold her on your mount."

"sigh But she could get hurt during the time of the battle."

Vivi got on Karue and then everyone else mounted their ducks. I sighed and unwraped Silver's arms and set her on the duck and then we split up into our groups and we took off twords Alaburnia
