murmur and conversation happened around the room In quick succession almost drowning the room in echo, 2 phone ring seems to take the place of a single finished call and multiple guard quickly dispatch from the room.

Ilhim Guard Division

a Civil force of Ilhim responsible with maintaining public order from guarding any vital location, patrolling and even detective work. Although named as guard, their work much more reminiscent of a police department compared to a local guard force of a village.

although Ilhim multiple time is titled as a Grand village, sometime its easy forget that Ilhim in reality is a City, Although as a settlement its far below any of the four kingdom, Its still a large enough to have multiple district and technology that only a city could afford to posses.

In Remnant across the continent human settlement is many, from the large imposing Kingdom, to the multiple City across the continent, and finally the small but countless yet diverse village.

Ilhim grow from a small village in a middle of nowhere to a city even holding large influence in mistral politic circle. Due to few simple aspect.

Resource and geographical position.

the key aspect to Ilhim rise is of course resource, Ilhim is known to have large access to a very high quality dust vein. So high in fact that due to problem with smuggling of dust, strict regulation is required and the source of the dust being held in key secret. And second of all multiple rare material is constantly sourced from here with even rumor that the so called [Blessed silver]. A Material that every Workshop, Huntsman and Huntress around Remnant strive to obtain, due to its unique one of its kind property of being specially effective against Grimm.

its public knowledge that Ilhim is almost fully impossible to be any large scale invasion would happened, due to its location being nearby to a territory of an ancient Grimm titled simply as, [Apocalypse Bird]. What is it? many people said it to be an ancient grimm or a calamity. yet there is two public knowledge about it. It would only wake up in a 7 days time at a specific date which would start the Ilhim local festival in some occasion its body would bloat out the sun, creating a Eclipse. and secondly it doesn't take kindly to any large movement or even abnormality in its territory.

Currently due to various riot from multiple district the IGD force. have been moving everywhere stretching thin, with many force guarding the gate being transferred.

although the many officer that made up their rank have been dispatch to disperse the riot and investigate the many sector, the chief have also called the captain of each department to the office.

"Chief Rowland, permission to report."

"currently there is a total of 11 recorded case of riot and random act of violence this day. although, it is currently still growing in number. 17 officer in our midst have been injured by the sudden act of riot and currently many more still in record. 

An middle aged man, blond and large in stature immediately gesture the officer to leave.

looking around the many captain of each district department could see his exhaustion seems to grow even bigger.

not wasting any time he decided to make it brief.

"The village higher up is not happy... Many of our officer have been stretched too thin and they keep pestering for answer."

" the festival is around the corner, and the so I say we focus more regarding the sudden violence."

"Sir! regarding the material heist incident my team manage to pursued a criminal related to the incident who perhaps have a connection with Roman Torchwick."

"Why would a Vale Kingpin be stealing dust?"

"Roman Torchwick? That guy from what I heard so far have connection to the syndicate called the spider."

"damm it! that meant we can't touch that guy carelessly."

"Have we discovered what cause the violence on the street?"

"No clue so far, it doesn't seems to be caused by anything like chemical agent."

"Rangel, regarding the murder incident last week is it confirmed that a Grimm cause it?"

"Autopsy confirmed it, and the two mutilation of my subordinate doesn't look like anything that a normal human is capable of, the only one who could answer it is currently still hospitalize, I will attempt to figure out more about this incident after he finished gaining his thought back."

"A grimm in Ilhim? T-that's absurd!"

"Is there any record of illegal grimm smuggling in each sector?"

"regarding the sector I think we would require to hire Mercenary instead, just dealing with the riot has stretch us thin."

"Ohh yeah, Rowland I've been meaning to ask how is your grandson, does he still have a dream of eating Grimm?"

not expecting a person to mention his grandson the chief seems to be in a thought before shaking his head.

"I haven't checked Laios for decades, but I've heard that he and his sister is enrolling into Haven."

however while the IGD Is busy trying to restore the social order in the city, Mason woke up. the system has created a positive variable for his host.

The disgusting smell, the humid atmosphere and the grey corridor.

It doesn't take much to figure out he's in the sewer. 

However instead of trying to find a way out his main purpose currently is too hunt the malevolent heart, before the harvester wake up.
