Sandra's POV
I woke up at 8:00. My alarm from yesterday woke me up.
I got out of bed to see that almost everyone was already out.
"Morning,"I said. Everyone was eating breakfast.
I grabbed a pop-tart. I looked around. The only people not out yet were Louis, Niall, and Mikey.
Then, Mikey came out. "Hey," he said as he walked out. He grabbed a pop-tart too. He sat down and took a bite out of it.
I looked at my pop-tart. I hated it when the pop-tart wasn't newly cooked.
I made a small flame on my finger and held my pop-tart above it. It sizzled in the fire. There as a light smoke coming from it. It smelled good.
I flipped the pop-tart and let it cook in that side.
When, it was done cooking, it was burnt on both sides. Not too burnt but burnt enough so it was a dark brown color.
I chewed on my pop-tart. It tasted good.
When i was done eating, Louis and Niall already came out.
They were eating poptarts too.
When we were all done, Simon announced, "Time to go. We might be gone for awile, but we don't really need to bring anything because of our powers, but we'll just bring some anyway so we don't get tired from using them."
We all nodded. That made sense. Having powers is so useful but the downfall is you have a lot more enemies from them.
"So are we walking or..." Mikey trailed off.
"Oh! No! No! We may be going on a journey, but we're still rich and if all else fails,we can just take some stuff from a store or even steal a car." he said.
I gasped. "Don't worry, we'll leave the money on the counter," he said.
I sighed. I couldn't imagine stealing, much less a car. "So what car are we taking?" i asked.
"We're taking a limo because there are so many of us and i'm driving." he said. I nodded.
"So everybody grab a bottle of soda and some snacks." he said.
I walked over to the cabinet and opened it. There was a lot of food in there, but in the end, I settled for a bag of hot popcorn and a bag of white cheddar popcorn. What can i say? I love popcorn. I walked over to the refrigerator. I looked through it for something i liked. I settled for a bottle of Mountain Dew.
I walked over to a chair and sat down to wait for everyone else to choose. While i was there, I overheard Simon telling Louis to freeze time. I saw Louis snap his fingers.
Mindy and Jenny walked over to me first. Mindy chose a box of oreos, a bag of Ruffles, and a bottle of Sierra Mist. Jenny chose a bag of Hot Cheetos, a bag Hot fries, and a bottle of Pepsi.
Next, Mikey, Melody and Lena came walked over to us. Mikey got two bags of potato chips and bottle of Sprite. Melody got a box of Kisses, a bag of Doritos and a bottle of Coke. Lena got a Hershey bar, a bag of Cheetos and a bottle of Sunkist.
Then, Harry, Liam and Zayn walked over to us. Harry chose a bag of M&Ms, a bag of Sun Chips, and a bottle of 7 up. Liam chose a bag of pretzels, a bag of Skittles, and a bottle of Crush. Zayn chose a bag of Cheese-Its, a Snickers bar, and a bottle of Dr. Pepper.
Finally, Louis, Niall, and Simon came. Louis chose a bag of Funyons, a Kit Kat bar, and a bottle of Coca Cola. Niall chose a bag of goldfish crackers, a Twix bar, and a bottle of Lemonade. Simon chose a box of Swedish fish, a bag beef jerky, and a bottle of root beer.
Simon also had some plastic bags. He handed one to each of us and kept one to himself. I put my things in the bag.
"One more thing," Simon said, "Who wants to ride shotgun with me? Whoever does is in charge of the map and telling me which way to go."
Nobody raised their hand, so i did. "Okay," he said and handed me the map.
He led us to the limo. Everyone climbed in the car. I settled in the seat and buckled up. This would probably be a long ride.
