Sandra's POV
I gaped at Ani.
We were 'champions' as the prophecy put it?
And one of us were stronger than all the rest of us?
We were supposed to save the world too?
I mean, yeah, I figured we were to help save the world, but not save it ourselves.
"What are these 'wonders'?" Simon questioned.
"I'm pretty sure it's the seven wonders of the world," Ani replied, "I was thinking about it on my way here and it seems to be the only thing possible, and it seems really likely."
"But how can that be? There are a lot more than seven elements!" Zayn said.
Ani shook her head in confusion.
"What are you talking about?! There are only 8 that is, that I know of. 8 out of you guys anyway!" she exclaimed.
"No! There are more than that!" Mikey exclaimed, and started counting with his fingers.
"No! You and Melody are water, Sandra is fire, Mindy is plants, Jenny is electricity, Harry is animals, Zayn is earth, Niall and Simon are darkness, Liam is wind and Louis, Lena, Sylvia and Angela are mind! That's eight!" she said.
"No! I'm an ice one! Simon is ghost and Louis an Angela were time!" Mikey said.
Ani snorted.
"No! You are a water Elementalist with power over the solid form! Simon is a dark Elementalist with power over the dead, which is dark- evil. Louis and Angela have power over the mind- it takes a strong mind to control time- and they have it!" Ani said, "Time, dark and ice- they're not real elements! You just assumed so because of your powers!" Ani said.
"Ohhhhh...." we said, it made so much more sense now....
"WAIT!" I exclaimed, "There are only 7 wonders of the world! There are 8 elements! How could that be?"
Ani's face turned grim. "I guess we'll have to wait and see."
That made me confused.
Did that mean that one of us wasn't part of the prophecy?
That was horrible!
That is-unless we like-you know-all died or something in the end, which I was seriously hoping wouldn't happen.
"Wait, how do you know we're the 'champions'? What if you're one?" Simon asked.
"Well... I'm not sure if I'm one, but we'll know later. I don't know about you but I'm going to go meet my parents now, but if I have another vision, then I'll come to you, ok?" she said.
"Ok..." we muttered.
Her face turned cheerful, "Well...bye now!"
Quick as a flash, she was gone and out the door before we could do anything about it.
"Well... bye!" I called back.
I was amazed by her optimism in things. Wow... I thought.
"Sooo..." Simon said, getting rid of the awkward silence, "Let's go to the seven wonders of the world!"
I cheered, like it was meant to be like to any normal person that was to go.
"So..." Mindy said, "Does anyone actually know the seven wonders of the world?"
And when nobody answered, I nearly fell on the floor from our own stupidity.
Did you like it? It was probably boring....
I know! It's because this and the next like 2 chapters are filler chapters!
But I PROMISE that after that it'll be really good!
