I smiled curtly at Miss.Harrison and began what seemed like the endless walk to the only seat that would be left in class, the one next to Will. I saw the envious smiles of some of the girl's in class, the jealous glares to Will from the players in class and then the plain apologetic smiles from Dylan and Shiloh. Oh well I'm just going to make the best of a bad, okay make that terribly bad situation.
I slowly pulled the seat out as I reached the desk and sat down slowly edging the chair delicately as far as possible away from Will and his chair, When I was finally seated Miss.Harrison smiled and retreated back to her desk where she sorted some paper's and took out a book from her desk and began reading it slowly to the class. Her voice was like music the way she read softly like she held the most precious thing in her arms, she spoke strong and clear like the president or the queen ravishing in the song like words.
"What do we have to do" I mouthed to Shiloh who was turning from her seat next to Dylan to look at me and catch my eyes while she also sneaked little glanses at Will glaring in his tense direction.
"Read" She mouthed back
"Read what?"
"that book" She pointed at my desk and I looked down, a book identical to the one Miss.Harrison was reading was laid directly below my face on the desk. I jumped when I saw it laid there and pulled a puzzled face looking back at Shiloh.
Shiloh just pointed to Will and smiled softly, I frowned. This didn't make up for anything.
"Thanks" I whispered without looking at him, I kept my eyes on the pages reading the text and letting the words jumble around in my head.
"You're welcome Blaire" His voice once again caressed my name velvety and smooth as he spoke, I coulden't help but smile discretely before I tuned back into the book and the silence of the room.
Halfway through the lesson Miss.Harrison stopped reading out loud and asked for us to read to the end of the chapter then discuss it with our partner, automatically people started talking chattering away to each other half of the time the book not being mentioned at all.
"So have you finished the chapter?" Will turned his face softly looking at me with no expression, his blue eye's blazed and the ebony curl's in his hair swayed a little as he turned.
"Yes" I said turning to face him also with no expression.
"Okay so what did you think?" He asked with a eye roll turning his chair to the side so he could talk to me properly.
"It's about a man who looses the girl he loves because he's a complete idiot?" I muttered with a frown.
"Yeah majority of the time but she didn't make it easy for him" Will caught my eye's but looked away at my sharp expression.
"He messed up, countless times" I said with a frown, I wasn't acting civil and talking about the book anymore.
"Yeah he did, He feels guilty about it as well" I watched Will look at me again but I still glared with sharp eyes, I only just came here to live for god knows how long and then I meet an ass like him, he should apologise.
