I'm staying

Brendon's point of view*

We had just finished practicing Ballard of Mona Lisa. We were about to start another song when i hear my name being yelled from the hallway. I get up and set down my guitar, Dallon put his bass guitar down and follows me into the hallway and Zach is there and holding Kat in his arms. There is blood running down his arm and blood is on her hair and she is pale and shaking. I run over and she looks at me.

"Zach what happen?"I ask and I grab at her hand. She squeezes very hard.

"Ryan" Zach says and I frown. I take her from his arms and she hold on tightly to me I examine the back of her head and it has a gash and is bleeding really bad. I hold her close.

"Brendon I'll drive you two to the hospital" Dallon says and I nod and she starts to become limp in my arms. We walk out to my car and he takes her from me and I climb in the back he lowers her to me and she is pale and her lips are starting to turn a light blue.
Dallon gets in and drives quickly to the hospital. She looks up at me and smiles and puts her hand on my face and a tear slides down my face. She chuckles.

"No. Silly I am going to stay" she says and brings my face to hers and kisses me and I grab her face and kiss her harder. She smiles.

"I'm so sorry" I say and when she coughs some blood comes up. She sits up and she leans her head on my shoulder. We arrive at the hospital and she groans as I pass her to Dallon so I could get out. Once I get out and shut the door she whispers something Dallon. He laughs and she smiles.

"Brendon she said Ryan's a dick" he tells me and she smiles at me and Dallon put her back in my arms. She wraps he legs around my waist and lays her head on my shoulder and he body shakes as she coughs and I know she off coughing up more blood.

"Let's get you into this hospital" I say and we walk into the ER and a nurse comes up.

"What happen?"

"She was assaulted and they hit her head up against the brick wall and her head is bleeding. She needs help" I explain

She motions for a gurney and I go to set her down and she whines.

"You have to let go Kat"

"So warm" she mumbles and then let's go. I kiss her on the forehead. "I love you kitty Kat"

"I love you too" she says and they pull her away from me and into another room. I turn to Dallon and he looks at me. I walk over to him and he opens his arms and embraces me and I start to cry into chest. After a while I let him go and I look up at him.

"I don't want to lose her. I really love her Dallon" I say
"I know you do. Come let's go sit down and wait for the others to come." He says and takes me over to one of the waiting rooms. We sit and I grab our my phone and go on her Instagram and look at her pictures and smiles seeing her funny videos of he singing along to my music and old songs. I put my phone away and close my eyes and memorize her face, her laugh and her singing. Then a few minutes later the guys came in but I didn't move or say a word to them. I just kept my eyes closed. I need a smoke it is really tempting. I got up and didn't make any eye contact. I went out into the parking lot and found my car and went to the glove compartment.

"I see your smoking again" a voice so familiar. I turn around and it is Ryan. He has my type of hair that is spiked up. I clench my fist and he looks me up and down. "You've gotten hotter"

I go up to him and punch him across the face and he falls down. "It's your fault that she is here. You are the most biggest dick in the whole word."

He gets back up and smiles and laughs. "Call me whatever you want. But you know you still have feelings for me"

I crinkle my nose in disgust "I never had feelings for you Ryan. What ever you think we had it wasn't real and that ends now!" I yell at him and he seems taken aback

"I'm sorry Brendon. About Kat I really didn't mean to hurt her" he says and looks me in the eye " text me if se is alright and then I'll leave you two alone"

My posture relaxes but I keep my face stern. "Yeah can do that"

He smiles "thanks Brendon"

As soon as he walks away I grab out a cigarette and light it and take a drag out of it Andretti it out. I sit there and I let the tears fall as I smoke each drag. My phone goes off and it is Spencer. I answer it and smoke another drag.

"Brendon I would get in here if I was you" he says through the phone and I get up and throw my cigarette on the ground and hang up and sprint back into the hospital. When I arrive there is a doctor.

"You must be Mr. Urie the doctor says "Mrs. Urie is in stable condition but she is awake but groggy. You can go see her Mr.Urie"

He take me to her and he shows me the room and I run in and she is laying in the bed. She was looking out the window and when I enter her room she turn and looks at me and smiles I run over to her bed. I grab her hand and she smiles.

"I told you I was going to stay" she says and I start to cry. She pulls me onto the bed and slides over to let me have some room on her bed. I cry into her chest.

"Kitty I really thought I was going to lose you" I cry to her. She lifts my head and I look into her eyes and I pulled her face to mine and I kissed her hard and with all my love I could give. She did the same. We parted and I laid on her arm and she wrapped her arms around me and cradled me. After a while she was breathing softly and sleeping. Her dark brown hair was scattered on her shoulder and some behind her. I closed my after making sure that she was fine. After what felt like a few minutes was actually hours I am being shaken awake.

"Sir I need to check her vitals. Can you get up for a moment?" The voice asks. I get up groggily and stand by her bed while the nurse checks everything and I look around and Dallon Spencer and Kenny even Zach are in this room. Kenny and Spencer have the small couch, Zach and Dallon are in the chairs.

"You and her have some great friends" the nurse says. I look at her" they fought there way in to be with you and her"

I smile and she smiles aback at me and she lets me get back in the bed with her. Kat wakes up and looks at me.

"Hey the nurse came to check your vitals. How about we go back to sleep it is 1 in the morning" I say to her and she nods and I pull her to my chest. She holds me closer.

"I love you Kat" I say and she starts I cry.

"I love you too Brendon" she says and cries into my chest. "I was so scared"

"Hey it's ok your fine now" I say and rub her back. She calms down and the crying tired her out and she went back. To sleep in my chest and I kissed her forehead and smiled and closed my own eyes and fell back asleep.
