Chapter 14~ Lucas' house

Maya's pov-
We walk to Lucas' house in silence. Mainly because we're to tiered to talk. I'm so happy that his parents are more supportive than my mom. My mom had me young to though so you can't be so mad at me. He had me when she was 14 so it's not like she waited for ever to have me. And everything happens for a reason so this must have a reason.
"Hey Lucas."
"What?"
He asked half asleep even though we still have to walk a lot more.
"Um I have an appointment tomorrow. And if I want I can find out the gender. Do you want to come?"
"Of course I want to come. Are we going to find out the gender?"
"I don't know I kinda want to but then again I don't really want to."
"I understand I want to know so if it's cool with you can we find out?"
"Ya that's fine."
I didn't really want to know but I guess I'm going to.
"Owwww"
I scream.
"What is it"
He asked in such a caring voice it's so amazing I love when he does that.
"The baby kicked me."
I say about to cry. It hurt really bad and now I won't be able to forget that I have a human forming inside me.
Lucas' pov-
Omg I can't believe that I get to fine out the gender of the baby tomorrow. And I can't believe that it's already kicking Maya. We get to my house and were so tired that we fall asleep almost instantly.
-morning-
I wake up to my mom and Maya shaking me awake. Maya must have got up and couldn't get me up so she got my mom.
"Lucas come on we have to be at the doctors in 1 hour."
"Ok I'll go get ready."
I agree getting up. My mom is taking us to the doctors because there's not enough time for us to walk. We're all quiet in the car. Mostly because we don't want to talk about what's happening today.
"Well mom you can wait out here and me and Maya will go we're going to find out the gender today so well tell you when we find out."
"Ok that's fine"
We still have to wait a little bit because the doctor is behind by about fifteen minutes. Soon enough we hear.
"Maya Hart."
We walk back a little scared.
"So we're you planning on finding out the gender today if possible."
"Yes"
We say in unison.
"Ok"
We share a nervous excited look.
"Ok we well we can tell. So you want to know correct?"
"Correct"
We say in unison again.
"Congratulations you are having a"
