As tears began to fill her eyes, she walked over to me and said, "Yes, Aurora, you are. I bought the necklace weeks before I took you there and I recognize that lullaby you were singing too." Kat brings me in for a hug, running her fingers through my hair. "I used to sing it to you every night to help you sleep at night. I wanted to tell you when I found you at the park, but I just couldn't find the courage to tell you at the time. I didn't know how you would react."

Still shocked by this new information, I looked up at Kat. "Does....does Commander Cruger know that I'm your daughter?" I asked. Tears welled up even more in her eyes as she brushed some strands of hair from my eyes.

"Yes, he know that you're my daughter. He was there the day I brought you into the command center." Kat said to me. "Now that you're here, my nightmare of you being taken by Gruumm is about to come true. I'm scared even more than ever that he would take you at any moment and use you against the rangers."

"It doesn't make any sense to me at all." I said to her as Kat embraces me in her arms. "What do you mean that Gruumm could take me and use me against the rangers?"

"It's something that you wouldn't be able to understand. You're too young." replied Kat and looks away. Trying to find some understanding into why Grumm would want to take me, I walked out of the lab. I was so distressed in my own thoughts that I didn't bother to take any notice that Z was walking right behind me.

"Hey kid, whatcha doin'?" Z asked and I nearly jumped out of my skin.

"Oh hey, Z, you scared me." I said as I turned to face her.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to."

"It's okay. I'm sorry if I'm a little jumpy today." I explained. "I just have a lot of things on my mind."

"Are you feeling alright?" questioned Z, then places a hand against my forehead, checking to see if I was sick. I nodded and assured her that I was feeling fine. She gave me a strange look and walks off, leaving me to be alone in my own thoughts. It was right then when it had it me and I made the decision to go ask the big dog himself about why Gruumm would want to take me.

I headed to the command center, figuring out how to phrase my questions to Cruger in my head. Once inside, Cruger was standing at one of the monitors with one of the lower cadets next to him. Just as I was about to turn back around and leave the command center, the commander looked away from the monitor and notices me.

"Did you need something, Aurora?" he asked me. "You looked like something's been bothering you."

"Yes, sir. I have more questions than answers right now and if I don't figure it out, its going to be nagging me all day." I replied, looking back at him. "Plus, I don't think she would be able to fully answer the questions I have."

Cruger saw the look that was cast on my face, knowing that I had heard the story from Kat herself. The look on my face explained that it was Kat who gave birth to me all those years ago and it was long since planned that he knew that it was time for me to know as well as understand some parts of my past.

"Walk with me, Aurora and I will try my best to answer as many of your questions as possible." said the sirian commander as he gestures towards the doors of the command center.

In space, after having a long discussion with Broodwing, Emperor Gruumm walks into Mora's room in needing of her artistic skills. "Mora, I need you to create a monster that the rangers have never seen nor fought before." Gruumm said with an evil grin on his face. "Make sure that this monster is stronger than all the other ones you've created."

Looking back at all the monsters that were already created, Mora started thinking as she gets out her sketchbook and art supplies. After several minutes, she finally came up with the perfect monster. "I might have something in mind that could help." said Mora as she starts drawing the perfect monster for Gruumm.
