Jenna: "Increase patrols in areas identified as potential targets or where the killer has operated previously. Inform the public about the threat to raise awareness and encourage vigilance through news. Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies or organizations to enhance security measures."
Jini: "And what if he is just lying?"
Minho: "No he is not..."
Jini: "How are you so confident?"
Minho: "I don't know but he isn't lying."
Jenna: "Catching him is really important, or he won't stop killing these innocent people."
Minho: "I'm pretty sure other departments will help us out."
Jini: "Let's get to work."
Everyone left Jenna's office to work on the case. Jenna picked up the letter again and read it, feeling confused.
Jenna's POV: Why would I be happy, and what does he mean that if he failed everything will end for both of us... Do we have any connections? I shrugged off my thoughts and called Lily.
Lily: "Hello?"
Jenna: "Listen, you're not going out today, and also tell this to everyone you know."
Lily: "Why?"
Jenna: "I'll explain later. Bye."

Night time
Minho's POV:
I was sitting in my car, stopped at a red light, when I noticed a peculiar man in a truck nearby. Despite the closed windows of the truck, I could see his face was completely covered, even wearing glasses. Initially dismissing it, my gut feeling urged me to follow him. When the light turned green, I began tailing him, which seemed to alert him as he sped up his truck.
"Hey, stop!!!" I shouted from my police car, but he ignored me. As I pursued, I realized my car was low on fuel and wouldn't last much longer. I quickly exited and hopped into a taxi.
"Follow that red truck," I instructed the driver urgently. Without a word, the taxi driver complied, though frustratingly slowly.
"Get out of the driver's seat," I demanded, handing him my car keys to assure him I wouldn't abscond with his taxi. Taking the wheel, I saw the red truck was now far ahead. I started the engine and sped recklessly, unconcerned with safety.
After some time, I managed to close the distance with the truck. "Hey, stop!" I yelled again, but he continued driving fast, further convincing me he was a criminal.
He abruptly jumped out of his truck when he noticed no other cars were nearby, a dangerous move. I halted the taxi and jumped out, but it was too late; he had vanished.
"No!!!" I shouted in frustration, as it was the first time I had lost a criminal during a pursuit. His driving skills and fearless escape suggested he was highly skilled. Despite doubts, my instincts kept nagging that he might be the psychopathic killer we were after. Ignoring those thoughts, I called for police to secure the truck and then informed Jenna of the events.
Jenna: "Maybe he isn't the one".
Minho: "But then why was he running? And he was so strange-his hands, face, even his eyes were covered".
Jenna: "I'm not sure what you're saying. We'll investigate later. For now, let's focus on the psychopath killer,".
I returned to where I had left my car with the taxi driver, 30 minutes later.
Minho: "Here are your keys; the car has a few scratches. Here's my number; call me when you get it fixed, I'll cover the costs.
I offered, though the taxi driver remained silent, possibly intimidated.
Just then, my phone rang.
