hermitcraft+empires highschool (main focus onpearl,grian and jimmy)

the road trip pt1.

(their on a school roadtrip with a  10hour busride)

The bus was full of energy, the road trip having started about half an hour ago.

At the back, Lizzie, Joel and the other Empires members were sat, chatting as well.

while grian and pearl where sitting at a seat between the middle and the back.

pearl was on her phone.

Grian leaned over, resting his head on Pearls shoulder. "Whatchu doing, Pearlie?"

Pearl was looking through tiktok, silently scrolling through memes, leaning againts the bus window slighty,her wings laying slighty curcled around her to fit in the seat alongside grians wings
"nuthing..."
pearl said back

behind them were jimmy and scott and in front of them martyn sitting alone

Grian chuckled, and wrapped his wing around her.
"I'm boredddddd. Entertain meeee,"

Pearl put her phone down and rolled her eyes."You do realise we still have 9 and half hours left on this bus, right? And you're already gonna ask me to keep you entertained?"

Grian nodded, giving her a puppy dog look.
"Yep. I'm that bored."
He chuckled, and rested the side of his head on top of her schoulder.

Pearl jokingly rolled her eyes before grabbing her backpack thats laying on the bus floor and getting a small bag of Something out of it before putting the Backpack back down and turning on her phone on and quikly flicking through some screens before landing on one of grians favorite shows and the newest episode,grabbing her airpods and giving one of them to grian

Grians eyes lit up as he put the airpod in his ear, and he cuddled up to her a bit. "How did you remember?"

pearl smiles
" just do."
she vaugly said,before giving griam that small bag of something to grian,which he then realizes is filled with sunflower seeds, pine nuts, millet, almonds, pumpkin seeds, safflower seeds, and even banana chips...a parrots favorite,and so since grians part parrot,also his favorite

Grian stared at the bag with a childlike fascination, his eyes sparkling. He quickly grabbed the bag, popped a few seeds into his own mouth, and held the bag out to pearl with a grin.
"You didn't have to do this, y'know. I'm perfectly fine with annoying you to death."

Pearl chuckled, gently ruffling Grian's hair.
"Oh, I know. You're the master of being annoying, but I thought I'd spare myself a headache for the rest of the bus ride."
She teased, poking Grian's nose with a playful smirk on her face.

Grian scrunched his face up, playfully pretending to bite Pearls finger.
"No faaaair,"
He pouted.

pearl snatches her hand away, chuckleling before squeezing grian with the arm she had around grians schoulders
"yea,yea... whatever. just enjoy your show..."
she held her phone up slighty,her wings helping,and started the episode,the sound of it only being in the airpods in pearls and grians ear.

Grian smiled, and relaxed against her shoulder, watching the episode with a quiet hum.
"I owe you one,"
He murmured after a few minutes.

"you already owe me hunderts."
she jokingly replys,ruffeling grians hair but not talking to loudly to not talk over the show

Grian chuckled as she ruffled his hair, messing it up even further. But he didn't move away, he didn't even attempt to fix it.
"I do, don't I?"

"yeo"
Pearl replyed,her wing streching a little more in the rather tight space,but it was comferble enought

Grian leaned back against her shoulder once more. His eyelids were slowly getting heavier.
"Hey Pearlieeee..."
He muttered after a few minutes, his wings lazily flopping over Pearls lap.
