"Oh thank God today is over," Aj groans as him, Chunkz and Sharky exit the metal gates of the school.
"You can say that again," Chunkz sighs.
"I'm so down to just go home and take a nap," Sharky sighs.
Aj looks up to see Niko and Kenny walking across the road towards the trio, he elbows Sharky who looks down at his feet, a light blush coating his cheeks. "Shu' up" he mumbles. Kenny and Niko walk over, Niko flinging an arm around AJ's shoulders.
Aj moves away, effectively removing Nikos arm from him, "Yeah, don't touch me."
"What did I do now," Niko rolls his eyes, huffing.
Aj rolls his eyes, "Who said you did anything, you just have no reason to touch me, so don't" He replies with sass.
"So sassy for what,"
"Not sassy. Anyways, why have you idiots graced us with your presence."
"Well, me and Niko were thinking of going out tonight, want to join us?" Kenny asks.
"Yes." Sharky says a little too quickly, to which Kenny gives a knowing glance.
"Didn't you say you wanted to go ho-" Chunkz begins with a smirk, Sharky interrupts "No. No, I was saying I need to go h-out. You heard me wrong. Definitely said I wanted to go out."
"So what are you guys saying? You guys down?"
"Yeah sure why not. I'll have to ask though," Aj shrugs.
Niko and Kenny nod. "We're going out for dinner at this diner-style place in Central. They have the best fast food ever."
Fast food? Wasn't that greasy? Aj's dad had always told him to avoid grease, it was unhealthy and "Food of the poor".
"Can I invite Alessia?" Chunkz asks.
Alessia was Chunkz's girlfriend, they had met early last year at Kenny's birthday party. Alessia went to the public school, and was the only person Aj deemed worthy coming from a 'low class' background. He could tell she made Chunkz happy, and that was all that was important, right? Although she was poor, at least she wasn't a boy.
Alessia wasn't actually poor, despite Aj's beliefs. Her parents both worked in mid-paying jobs, and earned quite a high income. Their house wasn't 4-5 floors like Aj, Chunkz and Sharky's, instead was a simple 2 floor house. Aj always thought it was such a shame she couldn't attend private school and actually get a good tuition as she was really smart, and cared for her studies, unlike the other people at the school. Chunkz had actually offered Alessia to pay for her tuition, but she had humbly declined, explaining how public school was the right push and motivation for her to attend her dream university. And also, she couldn't bring herself to accept Chunkz's money, and had even almost fought him at their first date so that she would pay.
All in all, it was safe to say, Alessia was a good girl, and actually cared for Chunkz. It also helped with the fact she was already familiar with each of the boys individually.
"Sure, shes nice."
"Okay we'll meet at 7:30. At Saff's. Be there." Kenny winks, leaning to press a kiss on Sharky's cheek, right beside his lips. Okay, Maybe Sharky had to fight every inch of his being not to collapse there and then.

Aj is pacing around his room trying to build up the courage to ask his parents if he even was allowed to go out. If it was simply Suhaila, he could've asked her, or got Amiira to cover for him, but his parents were a tougher nut to crack. Okay it was mainly his dad, he was rarely ever here but when he was it was like he was trapped in a bubble, and triggering him was like the needle to make him pop. He rubs his face, and checks his phone one final time. 6:00 o'clock. If he was going to ask he had to do so now.
