After Steve leaves I go back inside to take a shower once I'm done I dried off and get dressed grabbing Casper and putting my shoes on and getting my car keys to see Emily once I put Casper in my car I turn my car on and start driving soon after I let Emily know that I was on the way to see her luckily she didn't have any appointments for the day so she told I can go today

I parked my car I get casper and head out locking my door going inside of the building where Emily works at I told the receptionist that I have an appointment with Emily she checks me in after a while I'm called back by Emily I sit on her couch with casper beside me
Emily- so lake how long has it been
lake- a couple of years
Emily- how have you been
lake- honestly trying to hold myself together. I tell Emily everything my nightmares my panic attacks I haven't even told Steve yet why I don't know maybe it's because I'm scared he is going to look at me differently or treat me some other way I hate it when people treat me like I'm fragile like I'm made of glass and that I can break at any given moment after my talk with Emily she makes another appointment for me tomorrow at the same time as today I said goodbye to Emily heading to my car I drive back home with casper I finally get home I place casper on the floor so he can eat his food and drink water my phone rings in my pocket I see that it's Steve calling me so I answer it
lake- hello
Steve- hey lake what are you up too
lake- nothing much just got back from an errand run why what's up
Steve-well I need your help Danny birthday is tomorrow and I was wondering if we can have the party at your place if not that's totally okay
lake- no I think it's a great idea does the rest of the team know
Steve- yes I will let them know I will take Danny as a distraction while you and everyone else get everything in place
lake- sounds good to me just let me know what me and everyone else have to do tomorrow
Steve- I will listen I have to go now we have a lead on the case see you later okay
lake- okay be safe please
Steve- I will bye lake
