New mission

On earth

Nico had just returned from the underworld. The moment he stepped into camp, all he did was search for Percy. He asked the other campers who were neutral with Percy but no one knew where the son of Poseidon had gone to. Amid his search, he ended up in front of his ex-boyfriend, Will Solace.

Yes, ex-boyfriend. Nico had broken off with Will because he didn't believe in Percy. To many, this reason may seem foolish but in Nico's view, the reason was strong enough. Percy had gone through a lot for the protection of camp and all he got in return was their betrayal and harsh words.

He'd also be lying if he said that he didn't have any feelings for Jackson. After spending time with Percy in his most vulnerable state, Nico realized that Percy was not any less broken than the others, he just knew how to hide it well. He was broken like like the rest of them but the betrayal had shattered him.

Nico had undeniably fallen for Percy's vulnerability. His old feelings had resurfaced. But now Percy was gone to god knows where and he blamed himself for it. Maybe if he had stayed, if he hadn't gone to the underworld, Percy would still be here, venting all his problems to Nico.

Things seemed to get a bit better when Chiron returned. Even though Percy still was gone, no one dared to speak ill about the hero of Olympus and Chiron made sure of it. Grover too, who had gone to escort a demigod during Percy's betrayal returned and stood on his best friend's side.

Leo too, who has been at camp Jupiter during that time, stood on Percy's side.

These four along with Hades, Hestia, Artemis and her huntresses, and camp Jupiter searched the whole planet for Percy but ended up failing. Hades knew that he wasn't dead, no, or else he would've felt it. Yet he could've felt him on the surface of the planet.

No matter how much time it took, they weren't ready to give up until they found Percy.

2000 years later (4 earth years)

The commanders were in their quarters, messing around like usual when Percy was summoned by Chaos. Percy immediately reached him and bowed just to annoy Chaos.

"I've called you to tell you that you've been assigned a solo mission to Ventria" Chaos announced after a grumble. Percy was confused. He and Luke were equally powerful in terms of strength and power and Luke was more familiar with Ventria than him. So why not Luke?

"Chaos, you know that Luke could be a better pick than me, right?" Percy asks. Chaos looks at Percy as if the reason to pick him is the most obvious thing in the world.

"Bianca won't let me" Chaos replied in an almost whiny voice. You may think, the creator of the universe whining and being afraid of a subordinate? Yep, that's just who Chaos is and Bianca is scary when she is angry. And another question must be why Bianca won't let Luke go to Ventria. Well, that's because her boyfriend has a lot of... admirers there, especially their queen.

Percy made an understanding face and agreed to take the mission.

After Percy left Chao calls in the other commanders.

"Come on Chaos, we just finished a mission two days ago" Ethan exclaims. Zoe facepalms at her boyfriend's annoyance.

"It's our job, Ethan" Luke reminds him. Ethan just grumbled in annoyance and muttered some incoherent curses. Though Percy and Luke are childish, when it comes to a mission no one could be as serious as them.

"I want you to go to earth" Chaos informed. Both the boys paused their banter at the mention of earth. Then others just stared at him, surprised. After that, all hell broke loose. All six of them started arguing at the same time.

"SILENCE! All of you" Chaos ordered, silencing all of them. They look at each other and then back at Chaos.

"Luke is leading this mission and all of you will be going under fake names. Gaea is rising and they will surely need your help." All of them had only one thought in mind, how'll Percy take the news? Chaos seemed to understand their dilemma.

"Percy won't be involved in this mission, that's why I've sent him to Ventria" Chaos informed them. All of them turned to Luke with a smirk at the mere mention of the planet. All Luke did was return their gazes with glares.

"Do we choose the fake names or-"

"I'll be giving you your names" Chaos interrupts Charles. Chaos had the naming ability of a child and everyone knew that. So all of them held their breaths as they waited for their names.

"Silena will be Artria of Cetilia. Charles, Thilator of Cetilia. Since Cetilians only mate with themselves. And Artria was known for her beauty and Thilator for his forging skills" Both of them sigh in relief. Their names weren't as bad as they thought they'd be.

"Zoe will be Saldora of Saldor. Named after the brilliant archer who protected their planet till her last breath" Zoe too, loved her name.

"Ethan will be Belfore of Nalika. Belfore is the symbol of retribution there" Ethan too didn't have much problem with his given name.

"Bianca will be Lania of Eldross. Named after the great priestess of Eldross" Bianca was pretty neutral on her name.

"Last but not least Luke, who'll be named Vintray of Ventria. Named after the great-grandfather of queen Veneria" everyone began to tease Luke at having to say that he was from the planet he hated the most. Bianca too wasn't very happy with this. After all queen Ventria was her arch-nemesis.

Minutes later they find themselves teleported to camp half blood.
