After the tough work out, all the campers say around the fire for lunch. For some reason,Clarisse felt that Vinfrey was very similar to Luke. So she decided to ask one person who new Luke than anyone else...Thalia.
She goes to where the huntresses were sitting and called Thalia aside.
"What's up?" Thalia asked.
"Do you think Vinfrey acts like Luke?" Clarisse asks, not wasting any time.
"Yes, so I'm not the only one. Huh?"
"How do you think we can confirm it?" Clarisse asks.
"Luke does terrible under pressure, so..." Thalia trails off. Clarisse understood what she meant.
"Count me in" both of them had an evil smirk plastered on their face. Both of them walk towards where Percy and Luke were talking.
"Othyris, do you mind if we borrowed Vinfrey for a few minutes" Percy looked confused at the women's request looked at Luke who was reluctant to go with them. Since the commanders could see through each others masks, Percy could see Luke's face which was begging for him to deny. But Percy bring the great friend he is, let the women have Luke for whatever they wanted. He smirked at Luke and left. If looks could kill, the look that Luke Percy could cause a slaughter.
"I swear I'll kill him one day" Luke swore under his breath. He then turned to the women in front of him. He wasn't concerned about Clarisse, but Thalia, he was scared as fuck. Annabeth and Thalia knew him better than anyone in camp that is not including the commanders.
"You! You're Luke Castellan right?" Thalia got straight to the point. Luke felt himself sweat in nervousness. But of course he denied it. But she kept pushing.
"Admit it, you're Luke" Thalia kept insisting while Clarisse watched with a sly grin. They was enjoying this far more than he did.
After minutes of pestering him to admit it and him denying it, Clarisse left, giving up. But Thalia was more determined than ever to prove her point. After all, she was never wrong. Luke was relieved that clause left but still nervous at Thalia's determination.
"Admit it, or I swear on the Styx that if one day it is revealed that I am in fact right, I will make sure to see your head off your shoulders" though he's been threatened worse, thus intimidated him more. Maybe it was the fact than he had nothing on killing the others or the fact that this was Thalia Grace and he was Luke Castellan. Whatever it was he was ready to give in.
"You're right Thals, it's me Luke"
And that instead was what he did
