My answer is No!"He said, coldly.
Georgia's face fell in disappointment while Elena didn't look surprised at all.
She was already expecting that from him but why did he agree to let her in before and now he rejects?.
He probably wanted her to beg him, She was also sure he wanted her crying and pleading with him but HELL NO, she wouldn't do that especially not to him.
"Ario c'mon, do this for me"Georgia pleaded softly and he sighed pinching the bridge of his nose frustratingly.
"There's no....."
"For how long?"He muttered.
"Huh?"Elena said, dumfounded.
Has he changed his mind again?
"Am not repeating myself"He answered sternly, staring at her.
Elena rolled her eyes mentally before opening her mouth to speak. "Uhm my house and everything in it is part of a crime scene for now and I don't know how long that will take... probably two weeks"She took in her lips slowly staring at him.
Ario gaze flickered to her lips and he immediately looked away swallowing hard.
"Please!"Georgia pressed on, staring at him with puppy eyes.
He groaned.
"Fine,Get in"He grumbled.
Elena blinked in shock.
Georgia squealed loudly hugging him tightly.
"Thank you Ario,I love you"
"Yeah, whatever"He muttered in response and Georgia pulled away from the hug smiling widely.
Elena still couldn't believe her eyes as she looked at him, Deciding to thank him also she opened her mouth and muttered a quick 'thank you'.
"Don't thank me just yet..."
She peered up at him in confusion furrowing her brows.
"There's gonna be rules living here with me...."His voice cold and displeased,as he looked at the cat she was holding in her arms.
Elena exhaled and stared at him not totally surprised but she said nothing waiting for him to speak.
"1: DON'T TALK TO ME.
2: DON'T TOUCH MY THINGS INCLUDING THAT DEMON YOU'RE HOLDING.
3: ALWAYS MIND YOUR BUSINESS."
"I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU.
I DON'T WANNA TOUCH YOUR THINGS INCLUDING MY CAT.
I ALWAYS ALWAYS MIND MY BUSINESS"Elena replied, also staring at him coldly, with no sense of emotion in her tone.
Georgia could only stare at the two enemies glaring daggers at each other and she could only hope they get along just fine.
Maybe both of them living together could make them settle their differences and become friends.
Was that even possible?
"Now it's settled,I have to go. Take care of yourselves and please for the love of God don't kill each other"Georgia said with a tiny smile mainly staring at Ario.
He only rolled his eyes in response and she smiled turning to Elena.
"See you tomorrow babes"
"Take care of yourself,call me when you get home safely"Elena said.
"Yeah I will, Goodnight Misty"She waved and got into her car driving off.
Elena sighed.
"Get in or do you plan on staying out, trust me I wouldn't care"Ario said to Elena and she cocked an eyebrow at him saying nothing walking in with him.
She looked around as she entered Ario's apartment clunching her back straps tightly while looking around.
The walls were a dark black while his floors were a dark kind of wood. A small tv hung on the wall and a plush couch at the almost end of the room.
Her eyes wandered to the shelf containing a pile of books and the small desk with a lamp on it and some other papers messing the desk.
The scent of freshly brewed coffee filled the room and she inhaled softly before her eyes fell on the bed.
The apartment was small but it looked cozy_and it described him well she never knew him as a colour person.
She'd also noticed he liked books,He loved coffees of course......
"Unfortunately I only have one room...."He said, breaking the awkward silence and also her thoughts.
"I'm sorry what! Does that mean we are sharing a bed?"She squeaked, embarrassed by the thought.
"What I obviously live here alone and also I don't plan on sharing my bed with you so you'll take the couch"He said and she nodded immediately.
She also didn't plan on sharing a bed with him!!
"Uh about my cat..."
Ario's turned to her sharply. "I don't want that thing anywhere near me and I also don't want it anywhere my things"He warned.
"Trust me Misty wouldn't, She doesn't like you either"She remarked staring at him with fiery eyes and Misty meowed in response.
Ario was taken aback by the action but he composed himself staring at both of them.
"Am heading out, DON'T SNOOP AROUND MY ROOM, DON'T TOUCH MY THINGS,GOT IT"
Elena furrowed her brows staring at him.
Where was he going at that hour?
"It'ss not of your business Elena!"he scolded herself and shook her head.
She flinched when she heard the door loud noise and realized he had already left.
She shrugged smiling and walked towards the desk and picked a book staring at it closely.
"Ughhh boring just as he is"She hissed and dropped the book until her eyes fell on a photo laying on the desk.
She picked it up slowly and looked at it in surprise.
"What is daddy's photo doing here?"She wondered out loud.
