"Time is ticking"Those three words rang in his head as his fists pounded the punching bag with a fierce intensity,Each blow was a relief of pent up rage.
The bag was his nemesis at th itat moment,His opponent, His target for all the anger and furstration that has been building up inside him.
Ario suddenly stopped,panting heavily as he opened the lip of his bottle water and drank almost everything before pouring the rest of it on his hair.
He brushed the wet strands of his hair sticking on his face and his eyes caught a lady staring at him and he looked away almost rolling his eyes.
Elena suddenly crossed his mind and he shook his head slamming his hand against the wall.
He'd known her for almost half of his life, Knew everything she liked and disliked,Knew her hobbies and what she does when she's alone,Knew her obsession over harry styles,Knew how she'd get scared over unharmful insects-which he found annoyingly cute and even knew about her asshole of a boyfriend.
He wondered what she saw in him anyways- he was definitely more good-looking and he could definitely get her screaming in bed more than her boyfriend could ever do.
"What the fuck!"He muttered, getting rid of the dirty thoughts in his head.
He was supposed to hate her for crying out then what the hell was he just fucking thinking?
Her sharp tougue and condescending smile infuriates him,Yet he couldn't deny the allure of her piercing eyes and captivating smile.
She was like a puzzle he couldn't solve,A mix of irritating traits and irresistible beauty that leaves him both furstrated and fascinated.
A heavy weight settled in his chest as his mind drifted back to his meeting with Armando and what he was asked to do.
No he wouldn't do it. He recalled how devastated Elena was when she lost her mum and he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if he puts her through that pain again.
And her father, Who'd always took care of him like he would to his own son.
And his Nana whose life is also at risk depending on his choice.
He sighed, taking of the boxing gloves and made his way to the locker room.
Ario nodded to a few fellow gym doers as he passed, His sweat dampened towel slung over his shoulder.
He walked in and found a vacant sink before before turning on the faucet, Letting the cool water wash away the sweat of his workout.
He splashed some water on his face, feeling the droplets down his skin before he took a paper towel and patted his face dry.
The door knob twisted opened and Ario's brow creased at who walked in.
It was none other than Paige,His one time fling who wouldn't leave him the fuck alone.
He'd try to explain what they had was just sex and nothing more but.....
"Ario"She called his name sweetly, smiling seductively as she made her way towards him.
He stepped back frowning deeply.
"What are you doing here?"He asked flatly.
"To see you, I've missed you and your...."She trailed off biting her lip coated with red lipstick and slowly trailed her hand down his body almost stopping at his junior.
He held her wrist tightly and pushed her away immediately.
"I have more important things to attend to"He said and walked out.

* ARIO'S APARTMENT,6PM *
As Ario stepped into his apartment,Her scent filled his noserills.
Everywhere smelled like her. The smell of her body spray or whatever she liked to use.
It was distracting.
He dropped the keys at the table in the sitting room and paused for a second when he heard her voice coming from his room.
He walked towards there and opened the door walking in.
Elena slowly turned as she heard the door opened and their eyes locked for a few seconds, She released a breath smiling before looking away.
"Hi"
His breath hitched at the sight of her and unable to stop himself as his gaze dropped downed to her dress.
Where the fuck was she going dressed like that?
"Hi"He greeted back, scowling as his eyes trailed down to her body again. "Any special occasion? And am not invited"
"Ario.......How are you doing?,I kept calling but you weren't answering"He heard Georgia's voice and his eyes slowly went to the phone standing on the night stand with Georgia's face on it.
"I was busy, What's up"He said.
"Guess what?"Georgia's voice raised, and he furrowed his brows in return.
"What?"
"Elena is going on a date with Roman....He texted her earlier and I think he probably wants to propose"She squealed.
"Georgia"Elena exclaimed, clearly embarrassed.
The last thing she wanted Ario to know about was her love life.
Why the hell was she telling him?
Her eyes met his and he looked mad........
