I woke up with my hand and head on Jake's chest to him saying "Nathan, babe, you should wake up now." I just looked at him and smiled but I really didn't want to move. I love laying my head on him. It makes me feel safe. Instead of having me move though, he just lays there and strokes my hair.
When I close my eyes again I hear a strange noise. It was Jake taking a picture of us ugh. He knows I hate pictures. Especially when I'm not paying attention.
We lay there for what feels like hours watching stuff on Netflix. Til my mom comes in and asks us to come downstairs for breakfast. As I'm walking down the stairs I smell pancakes, so I start to walk faster. Jake tries to keep up. As I sat down at the island in the kitchen my mouth started to water.
Jake looks at me with his adorable smile again. Is there something on my face? It must be my hair. I wake up with really bad bed head every morning.
When mom sits the plates down in front of us I instantly started eating. The pancakes are so good. My mom makes the best pancakes. She even put chocolate chips in them. I had to get a glass of milk because I love the taste of milk after I'm done eating pancakes drenched in syrup.
After we're both done eating we go back upstairs to get dressed because Jake wants me to go to his house and stay a night now.
