"Wake up!" I here my mom yell from downstairs in the kitchen "Jake is here to take you to dinner!". I hear Jake coming up the stairs as she's yelling. Jake is my boyfriend and we've been together for a year now. My mom loves him and thinks we're adorable and I hate that.
"Nathan! Babe! I'm coming in!" he yells from outside my door.
I sigh too loudly afterwards and hope he didn't hear. "You don't have to warn me when your coming. I told you that many times. I don't care if you come in my room even if I'm asleep." he just smiles and kisses me.
"Are you ready to go?" He quickly asks. "Yes, just let me put better clothes on." He just smiles at me. I quickly go to my closet and look for nicer clothes to put on. I found a light blue button up, a plain white shirt, and blood red shorts (It matches, trust me). After I finished getting dressed we head downstairs to see mom before we head off.
