Quirk: Windwaker
Description: Windwaker allows the user to control the winds around them condencing and expanding them to their will. The user can also control the air's temperature and content (making it have more oxygen and such). More experienced techniques include being able to make convincing sounds with the air along with the user being able to sense a person or animal's presence by the way the air moves around them and their breathing
Drawbacks: the user needs to be very focused on what they are doing and the user needs to have access to clean and oxygen-rich air, this means if the user manipulated the air currents to carry them into the air, there would be a maximum height they could go before their quirk would fail. Oxygen is the main fuel for the quick so if overused the user may feel lightheaded, faint, or overall collapse due to the lack of oxygen within their system.

Hero costume: Something like this that covers the whole body and with White and a lighter blue tone: main weapon knives on the belt along with small bullets your able to speed up with your quirk to stun targets.

Bakugo Katsuki: He/Him
Course: U.A. Hero Corp.
Quirk: Explostion
Description: Allows the user to sweat a nitroglycerin substance which they are able to ignite and cause an strong, mainly controled explosion. Explosions can vary in size and power based on how much sweat the user has on their hands.
Drawbacks: Because of the strangth of the explosions the user gains extreme muscle strain mainy seen in the forearm.

Quirk: Marine Summons
Description: allows the user to summon marine animals that are able to survive on the land such as sharks and squids, these animals tend to be slower on land however they have an increased attack and bloodthirst.
Drawbacks: The user must know the main details about the creature to summon is like it's skeloten, muscular structure, and vial organs. The creatures are fake and there for don't do well when being attacked with weapons. Nico only uses it as a party trick or to scare people away.
Amber Winter: She/her
Course: Atlas Leap High School (ALHS) Hero Corp.
Quirk: Metal Shift
Description: User is able to miniuplate any metal with little to high difficulty into any shape they would like, ranging from armor to weapons and even walls based on what the user wishes for it to be. If user has the technique they are able to break down the metal and reconfigure atoms into other stable atoms of a different metal
Drawbacks: Depending on the metal, it will be harder or easier to morph. Dense metals are extremely hard to morph the hardest being Osmium as it is the densest metal and Lithium is the easiest because of it's light density.
Dawn Marshall: She/Her
Course: Atlas Leap High School (ALHS) Business corp.
Quirk: Sly Speech
Description: User is able to convince people to do as they please using their voice to intice them into what they are saying. An example of this is if the person uses their quirk and they ask the person to cry, the person whom the quirk is being used on will involintarly begin to cry. The quirk also leads them to have a passive ability to make people's attention focus on their voice and their ideas even when not active
Drawbacks: user must know what they want the person to do and the exact words they are going to speak. Their voice will also be drained due to the usage making them loose their voice or give them a sore throat. Their vocial cords and throat need to be in perfect condition for use.
Inasa Yoarashi: He/Him
Course: Shiketsu High School Hero corp.
Quirk: Whirlwind
Description: allows the user to miniuplate the air around them freely within a large radius of their body. usually in whirlwinds or spiral patterns
Drawback: Major muscle failer if used to long due to the lack of air going into ones lungs and their for the lack of oxygen being carried though the blood stream as it is spiraling all around them.(This is made up because no drawback is ever mentioned with his quirk)
