Counting down was the worst part of the fight, the tense muscles within my body needed to relax if I ever wanted to have a fighting chance. But, as soon as it was done and I heard the tone of "go!" from one of the teachers I stood there waiting, I didn't have to wait long either way. Going for the first hit was never my plan. The air dropped in temperature signaling to me that an attack would be incoming as soon as a movement was in the air from him I allowed the winds to carry my body dodging his ice attack no matter how high it was. Allowing the winds to drop to a lower temp around me I began to fall with them I began to wind up a kick before he moved his other arm. I used the air to dash to the side looking over at the explosion of fire right next to me "Close call." I mutter in my native language before locking back onto the target, as soon as my foot comes in range of his body I push the air behind the kick giving it a massive boost in power sending him skitting over to where his ice was. Slowly falling back to the ground I rushed forward diverting the air around me so I had no wind resistance and a tail wind to help increase my speed. He was still trying to get up when my elbow came into contact with his jaw "Sorry about that, but I'm here to win." I call out as he slowly blinks trying to get up once more. Shrugging I quickly moved the winds so that they would carry him up regulating their temperature so that his quirk wouldn't affect the plan I had. Still slightly stunned he tried to cool the air down with his ice so I would increase the heat of the air slightly and add more to it. Then I held my breath and the male student was sent crashing toward earth as he tried to save himself with his fire I jumped up and landed a light kick to his side sending him into the ground, however, he began to crawl forward placing his hands on the ground allowing both a trail of ice and fire to spring from the ground. Quickly, I shoot up into the air, not before the fire licks my skin and burns me slightly. Sucking on my teeth, I push myself to the side of the arena before looking around finding my target slowly walking towards me both hands facing upwards. I feel the air heat up before sliding to the side as ice hit the scene quickly followed by a burst of flame hitting me in the leg. My knees buckle at first before I force myself to get up, even if the fiber of my being screams for me to lie down. I quickly move into the smoke hiding within it and holding my breath. I spot Shoto before rushing forward as fast as possible to the side. As soon as I appear it's already too late, his shocked expression tells me that I push my leg towards his arm and kick with as much power as I can, pushing him outside of the area. My heart beat heavy and blood pumped in my ears as the pain finally settled into my body. Most of the U.A. students sat in awe but most of the ALHS kids just nodded and hummed knowing my fighting style they most likely wanted me to use some sound waves but I wanted that small secret to stay with me for as long as I needed. A small woman quickly comes up to me before kissing my leg and arm where my burns were, magically curing the at least first-degree burns, soon rushing off to my opponent, "Guess that's Recoverly girl." I mutter looking at the teachers.

"Congrats on your win Aeolus, next up we have Bakugou and Ouvrard." I walked away feeling somewhat lightheaded due to the amount of blood that was now trickling to the rest of my body, accidentally bumping shoulders with the sunset eyes, blond made my head spin mainly because of the impact and my heart raced, the withdraw of my fights was always like this but I guess I couldn't stand for it today. I couldn't help but feel a rush of emotions as I quickly apologized and walked away, finding my seat next to Amber. Who wiggled her eyebrows before prodding at my side.

"First of all great job with that beat down, second of all are you blushing?" I swear she will be the death of me but I shook my head a little bit

"Just a little embarrassed by whatever just happened now," I say with a small wave of my hand a sudden zephyr running through our hair and within the air. I look around to see people beginning to surround me mainly U.A. kids complimenting me and showering me with contentment over my win. Many of them were surprised at the way I took down their classmate but I shook my head refusing to admit my win, no matter my pride and how I felt being the ever-humble person I tried to be at all times. Appearances mattered to me and I guess others thought they didn't specify the two beginning to fight.  Lucas has always had a high view of himself and based on how the the other was yelling at poor Kirishima he also didn't care too much about what others had to say. As soon as the fight started, I and many others understood that Lucas was in fact about to be flamed and grilled by a midwestern dad in the summer. I mean, don't get me wrong, Lucas is amazing, and using his quirk he's a real threat. As long as he touches something he can turn it so it has its weight in gold. However, even if that person themselves can't move they seem light as a feather to Lucas, well they have their normal weight but it's just easy for him because he's had Judo lessons since he was like three or something. He might have been second placing but I knew Alex better. The reason he was getting beat so badly was the blond whose quirk might as well be a bomb was insanely fast and had reflexes even an elite duelist could only dream of. After only about 2 minutes Lucas was done for. Cheers erupted from what could be assumed as the blond's friends before he snapped at them that 'he didn't need cheerleaders, as he was the best at fucking everything' his words on mine.  Overall I kind of started to tune out one fight after the next passed before looking back at the group chat
