The murder of Dylan Raven surprised everyone. The media and social networks grieved the death of Shadow Symphony's vocalist and musician. Fans around the world shared their favourite memories of Raven's performances. Their albums began to sell like wildfire, and some young people joined what was now regarded as a cult music group. The band's remaining members released a statement expressing their shock and devastation over the loss of their friend and bandmate. Despite the tragedy, Shadow Symphony's music continued to inspire and connect people from all walks of life.

Theolinda wondered who the murderer could be; As usual, the security cameras at the hotel where Dylan was staying were inoperable at the time of the incident.

The police thoroughly investigated the case but did not draw any conclusions.

Despite the passage of time, Brenan remained unchanged. Kendra, his girlfriend, refused to leave his side. The girl was in shock and barely ate the food Theolinda offered her.

Finally, she received a message from Darnell, the new Dominus of the Order, who had been too busy to can meet Theolinda. Finally, she had the chance to speak with him about what had happened to Kerrigan.

Darnell visited the offering room for the first time. He was about to encounter the Shadow Weaver. Darnell couldn't deny feeling a little afraid. The mythical entity guarded the Primordial Abyss, from where all magic originated. All of the Dominus and Dominas were given to it during the ceremonial suicide after Marcus Lucius picked their successor. But this is not the case.

Darnell spoke the words Marcus Lucius had taught him through magic, and a dimensional doorway appeared in front of him. It was not like other portals. It was overwhelming and appeared to be an everlasting whirlwind. The Shadow Weaver emerged from there.

Darnell was astonished by what he saw. A beautiful woman with generous curves stood in front of him. The woman appeared to be in shadows and occasionally metamorphosed before her eyes.

"You are the new Dominus," she said loudly.

"Yes, I'm Darnell Key," he said, trying to conceal his uneasiness.

The Shadow Weaver was imposing but also terribly attractive. Darnell had not felt such a desire in a long time. That made him feel younger again. The woman's eyes seemed to pierce through his soul, and he couldn't help but feel a strange pull towards her.

"Fill yourself with my power," the Shadow Weaver stated.

Darnell feared he would be unable to endure the energy emanating from that luscious person. He felt the pleasure wash over him; he became agitated and began to sweat excessively. On the other hand, he felt magic coursing through his veins; he felt both powerful and terrified. Nobody should ever experience that degree of power. But the Shadow Weaver made her forget her anxieties. When it was all over, Darnell was weary and laying on the floor, cleaning himself with a tissue like a horny teenager.

"Now you are the Dominus," said the Shadow Weaver.
