"The Great War" is not a love story, perhaps later Edith will develop feelings for someone, but this began as a fanfiction about a new member of the golden trio, and I would like to keep it primarily as a story of friendship, loyalty and magic.
The title and some sentences in the book are inspired by the song "The Great War" by Taylor Swift, but other than that there is no connection between the two, and the song is not relevant to understanding the story.
Also, English is not my first language, so sorry for any grammatical errors!
