🎂 Birthday party 🎂

Matt's POV

"Chris i told you to blow that balloon not pop it" I rolled my eyes and looked at my brother who was holding the damaged balloon in his hands with an embarrassed look on his face. It was my girlfriend's 18th birthday and I wanted it to be perfect. After all, I was the one planning it all. She gave me the idea 2 weeks ago when she couldn't decide what she wanted to do for her special day. She's coming over in one hour for a 'movie night' little does she know it's her birthday party. "Chill out Matt there's about 15 more balloons" He told me as he showed me the 2 packets of sequin filled balloons that needed to be blown up. "When i say blow them up i don't mean literally" i gave him a smile, even though i could have just done it myself i had a lot more things to do before Y/n got here she was hanging out with Nick right not shopping i just hoped nick was stalling her.

Y/N POV

"Nick, we've been in this shop 3 times already," I laughed as he dragged me to the opening. It had been a great afternoon but i was getting a little tired now in the mall, we had been in most of the decent shops already. "I forgot to show you a t-shirt you might like," He grinned. 

"Nick I'm going to go broke if you keep showing me all these" I walked beside him as he scanned around looking for a 'the t-shirt I might like'. Just then I heard Nick's ringtone. 

He hesitantly picked it up and walked away leaving me looking at a random clothing rack. These boys were not good at keeping secrets.

Matt's POV

I put the phone down on Nick after saying bye and quickly scurried around making sure everything was finished. The cake Chris picked up (check), The balloons scattered around the room (check), The food (check), Banners (check), presents (check) everyone in their hiding place...(check). I hid behind the sofa next to Chris which was probably not the greatest idea as he made me laugh a little after we both heard a noise near the door. 

"Yeah your right I really did like that t-shirt" I heard Y/N's voice say. The door opened , the lights turned on and everyone got out of their hiding places "happy birthday Y/N"we all yelled joyfully. The surprised look on Y/N's face made me feel so lucky. "Thank you guys" she let out a squeal. I could tell she was too stunned to say anything else. 

"I did really think you would like that shirt" Nick smirked. "I know I really do like it though thanks for showing me it". "Hey babe" I said and gave her a kiss on her cheek. "You did all this?" she asked, returning the kiss "Yeah," I laughed lightly, messing with my hair a little. "You didn't have to Matt" she giggled "a movie was fine" i shrugged and hugged her tightly "I wanted to do it" i told her and she gave me a wide smile "i love you" she said "i guess i love you too" I joked i really did love her. "Lets party guys come on" Chris declared and with that we partied all night. Y/N had a great night. And so did i.
