On the evening of that day, another bombshell dropped. News arrived about Chirag and Ragini's engagement, a revelation that sent ripples of shock and confusion through the Malhotra and Sharma families. The Singhania family, also stunned, had reached out to share the unexpected news.

The engagement date was the most unsettling part. Everyone remembered that they had agreed to coordinate the engagement date, ensuring it would be a well-planned and shared occasion. The families had decided that the engagement would take place on Chirag and Rohan's beloved sister Akanksha's birthday, a significant and sentimental date. The revelation that Akanksha, a girl they had disliked and mistrusted due to past manipulations by the Sharma family, shared the same birthday as their daughter added another layer of disbelief.

In the Malhotra mansion, tension was palpable as they gathered in the living room to discuss the sudden development. Akash Malhotra, still reeling from the earlier news about Siddharth's son, now had another pressing issue to address.

Suddenly, Vicky spoke up, his voice tinged with frustration. "We should talk to Chirag about this. How can he decide the engagement date on our daughter's death anniversary? He knows that two days from now is our daughter's death anniversary. But he didn't care about it. Call him and ask him to change the engagement date."

Rajat Sharma nodded in agreement. "Yes, we should talk about it. What does he think of himself?"

Siddharth turned to Akhil and instructed, "Akhil, call Chirag and talk to him about this."

Akhil Malhotra complied and dialed Chirag's number, putting the call on speaker. After two or three rings, someone answered, but the voice they heard was not Chirag's. The unfamiliar voice greeted them with a hello, leaving everyone confused.

Before they could respond, they heard a familiar voice from the background. "Rohan, whose call is that?" The sound of Rohan's voice sent a wave of surprise through the room.

Rohan replied, "Bhai, you play your game with Your jaan, I will just come after finishing the call."

The room fell silent as they processed the unexpected turn of events. Vicky, regaining his composure, spoke firmly into the phone. "Rohan, this is Vicky Malhotra. We need to speak to Chirag immediately."

Rohan's tone turned serious. "I understand your concern, Uncle. But he is not the one who decided the engagement date it was already decided that the engagement will be on our sister 23rd birthday."

Moments later, Siddharth spoke,"then Can you come to meet here in malhotra mansion so that we talk about engagement date."

"Sure Mr. Oberoi, why not?"Said Rohan as he continued and said,"I will be there in 45 minutes."
