A&A International school,
There were 35 to 40 children sitting in a classroom, and in front of them, a 25-year-old male teacher was reading something on the smartboard. Everyone was looking attentively in that direction, except for one boy sitting at the back. This boy was repeatedly making some noises, which finally caused the teacher to lose his patience.
"Asim, if you don't want to attend the class, then you should go out. Go away, don't disturb the class!" the teacher shouted.
The boy, Asim Khan, was quite handsome, with an aura that made him seem like a hero despite his lack of attention to studies. He stood up and responded nonchalantly, "I wanted to be in class, but now my mood has changed, sir. Thank you for speaking what was in my heart. I'm leaving."
Hearing his words, the whole class started laughing. The teacher's face turned even redder with anger as he shouted for silence. The room quickly grew quiet. The teacher, trying to regain his composure, continued, "From tomorrow, the holidays start for you all, lasting two months. After that, your 12th boards are coming. Remember, this isn't a game. Start your preparations. There's no place for slackers here."
Everyone understood that the teacher was indirectly talking about Asim, whose behavior often made him the subject of frustration among the faculty. Asim, however, seemed unfazed by the reprimand. He casually gathered his things and left the classroom, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. The other students watched him go, some with admiration for his boldness, others with a sense of impending doom for their upcoming exams.
When Asim came out of the class, he took out his phone to check the time. It was 4 o'clock. He sighed and muttered to himself, "What does that sir think? He takes extra classes for nothing but that boring lecture." Frustrated, he decided to call someone.
When the phone was picked up, he heard an unfamiliar voice. "Who is this, and why are you talking from my sister's phone?" he demanded. Before the other person could reply, he heard his sister's voice.
"You're calling me right now? Do you even remember that you have one sister or what? Just tell me."
Asim felt a pang of guilt and quickly apologized, "Sorry, Di. I'm so sorry. I know it was my mistake. Please forgive me. You are my sweet sister, right? You will forgive me. I know you can't stay angry at me for a long time."
His sister sighed on the other end of the line. "Asim, you need to be more responsible. You can't keep doing this."
"I know, Di," he said sincerely. "I'll try to be better. I promise."
She softened a bit, hearing the genuine remorse in his voice. "Alright, just remember your promise. I trust you And come on my birthday or else I will not cut the cake and also rememberto bring my gift."
"I will definitely come do you think I will miss your never and I will definitely bring your birthday gift, Okay bye. love you di" he assured her.
Asim ended the call feeling a mix of relief and determination. His sister's words had a way of grounding him, reminding him of the responsibilities he needed to uphold.
After ending the call with his sister, Asim walked out of the school building and noticed a sleek sports car parked near the school gate. A man, his face expressionless, was standing near the car, absorbed in his phone. Asim immediately started moving towards the car, recognizing the man as his elder brother.
The school grounds were nearly empty, with only a few 10th and 12th-grade students around. The 10th graders were scattered on the ground, while the 12th graders were just coming out of their classrooms. As their eyes fell on the sports car, whispers began to ripple through the group.
