-----------------' if you had told me I'd been here a year ago, I would have never believed you '
Trinity had been laying on a rickety old bed, looking up at the ceiling above her as she laid there as still as a human could have been, for not a single motivation in her mind could have given her the reason to get up just quite yet, sitting there alone with her thoughts as the seconds passed by, transforming into long unbearable minutes till she finally felt the will to sit up and finally begin to stare at the wall... slowly making her way to everything else in the room, the smallest bit of curiosity looking for clues on whoever had been in this room before her was, just to fulfill her own boredom. Looking around in the mess of the room, going over the things that could've hinted to anything poitning towards the previous inhabitants identity or intrest, before pausing. After a minute or so her position shifted as her feet come into contact with the ground and ever so slowly did she stand up, walking over to the chair to of which her jacket rested upon, snatching it from its place before putting her hands and arms through the sleeves and pausing.... before quickly taking it back off because her sleeves got bunched up and having to straighten them out before putting her jacket back on, grabbing her shoes laid by the bedroom door and putting them on and looking to remember where she had placed her bag the night before. Making sure all its contents were in place before buttoning it back up and throwing it over her shoulders, heading towards the door before stopping to make one last check and rummage through her things to make sure she really did have everything she had arrived with, assuring herself nothing was stolen by a rat or disappeared during the night as she gave a sigh of relief. Doing one last pat down and check to assure everything was truly in its place before she was ready to leave the room, wrapping her hand around the doorknob before opening it up, listening to sound of the old door creaking as she stepped out of the room and began walking over to stairs and decending down to the main floor. Finding her father waiting for her at the bottom of the steps
"Oh-! Trinity, I was just about to go up and see if you were awake yet."
He chuckled softly, his warm smile offering a small amount of comfort to his daughter amidst the such a dire situation. Despite direness of the situation they and many others were being held in, she took a small amount of comfort in knowing that her parents were still there with her. A subtle smile came across her face as she silently acknowledging that her father was attempting to make things seem at least a bit as she asked-
"Morning dad...Do you know where mom is?"
"Oh, your mother's in the kitchen packing up everything, don't worry your dad was helping before I went to go and check and see if you were awake"
He reassured her as trinity gave a small nod in return, stepping onto the main level and going into the kitchen to help her pack everything up, or at least search the place for anything they may of missed that could come into use of a later date. It had been... what trinity could almost assume to of been a bit over a few months ago since everything started. She didn't know what had happened, or even how it started, all she knew is that it had happened out of seemingly no where, and that her and everyone else were now in immense danger, left to rely on their own senses and knowledge in the means of the chance for survival. Her parents never really liked to stay in one place for too long, always moving from one place to another for reasons regarding the families safety, only stopping for a nights shelter or to treat injury and illness, taking anything that was still in tact or hadn't been scavenged already by those before them.
"Trinity... do you wanna grab anything to eat before we start moving? I know we havent exactly had the time to have breakfast in... a long while now, but we managed to stock on a bit more food then usual so if you'd like then go ahead and help youself to something"
