Jessica's POV

We were still in jade's room and Jason is not back yet,I couldn't tell if jade was asleep or awake,but eyes were closed.

"Well, Jade is a seer.." Mia begun

"You know what that means right?"

I shook my head 'no'

"She sees stuff, like the future or the past or present and all that,so when she sees stuff....it does this to her" she glanced at jade as she ended.

"He can predict the future?"

Mia nodded mumbling 'something like that'

"She can foresee the future....and also see what has happened in the past..... but can't see what relates to her" her eyes saddened as she stared at jade.

"What?" I asked confused.

"Jade...can foresee harm or dangers coming to other people but not herself"

Like candle 'it sees all but itself'

"That sucks.." I said "yeah..."

We were silent for a while...then I remembered.

"Mia ,I have wanted to tell you something"

"Yeah?"

"So, um..." I glanced at jade.

"Remember when I told you I went to the headmistress to convince her to let me leave?" She nodded.

"I made a deal with her.." she raised a brow

"She said she will let me leave if I...can solve the murder case before Sunday and also Ace my exam during the process"

"Wait... really?" Mia said with a chuckle

"Yeah, really...I have been on it .....I think"

"You still want to leave uhn?" She glanced down..with an unreadable Expression.

"Yeah ..I have to..." She was quiet

"So!, You have any leads?" She asked her expression changing almost immediately.

I sighed as I begun.

"Um ...I uh .... it's kinda crazy but like....I have a voice....some voice in my head that just speaks to me .....it has been there since... forever"

I stared at her to see if she would think I am crazy but she just listened.

I continued. "The voice is a boy.....at least that's what he told me"

"I figured the voice is also one of the kings since he told me well...he slipped up said he has Access to technology"

She was silent.

"He just seems very shady And he told me he was outside yesterday which happened to be..."

"The day of the murder" we said together.

"I ..I am not very certain, hell I don't have proof... I don't even know who the hell this voice is" I said in a frustrated tone.

"Do you know anything about him?" She asked. And I thought for a while

"He said he is 17,....his name Daimonas,he said something about human age and him being over a hundred years old,it's confusing honestly that's all he told me he won't tell me what he is" I frowned.
