Mia's POV.

Earlier that day*

I left the room to go shopping with Chesney and Claire. They practically begged me to help them pick out prom dresses.

Ah, my fashion Sense is top notch once I am done with school I should focus on that.

We went to the cafeteria first. Claire kept complaining about a guy that keeps hitting on her making sexual comments.

"Like if he wants a quick fuck, he can ask anyone but me" she said grabbing her smoothie as we prepared to leave the cafeteria.

I spotted Alex sitting with Jason that was talking with jade. His eyes were trained on me rather than his friends.

I looked away exiting the cafeteria. I didn't like him, that way.....I wonder if I could grow to like him like Jessica said.

I don't know why he would like a freak show like myself, I don't even really exist I am just an identity thief. On top of that I can't feel romantic feelings.

I am questioning his taste in females.

"Mia, you are not listening" Claire whined.

"Right right sorry" I said as we exited the dorm building heading to the mall.

"You know I think Ajax is hot, like hot hot, if he was not surrounded by Monica half of the times, I might have a chance" Chesney sighed making me roll my eyes.

Not only because I can't relate but also because I heard this way too much.

"Roll your eyes all you want! I must speak the truth" she said in a dreamy voice.

"I think he is hot too, but not as hot as the demon guy" claire practically moaned talking about Damon I shot her a playful look of disgust.

"Bitch, get the fuck out of here" I shoved her causing Chesney to laugh.

"The mysterious guy aura is just so hot!!!Like I'd sleep with him if he asks....just saying" she winked at me before bursting into fits of laughter.

"If only he was not so cold" Chesney sighed before giggling.

"Imagine carrying his baby" Claire groaned holding her stomach. I glared at her but with a tiny smile.

She stared at my expression before laughing again. "Alright,we'll stop" she said

"Prom,I can't wait so many drama comes with prom and fuck do I love drama?" Claire said as we entered the mall.

We spent hours shopping, I will talk better about Alex with Jess once I am back in our room.

"If only I had more boobs!" Chesney cried out holding a dress making Claire and I laugh.

We left when it was late in the afternoon.

I was looking for Jess, I didn't see her in the cafeteria. I wonder what the hell jade and those boys are talking about, they have been at it for hours.

I walked to them ignoring the others and asking jade if he has seen Jess. Which I soon realized was a stupid question but he replied anyways saying...

"I felt her presence in the cafeteria about 4 hours ago"

I went to check our dorm room, she was not there. "Why does she go missing when I need her advice" I clicked my tongue deciding to go eat.

She will probably get hungry and come to the cafeteria soon. She didn't.

And I was worried as hell now.

The time was past 7pm an hour and few minutes to curfew. And I have not found Jess. I have asked almost everyone in school. a girl wearing a beanie, silver eyes...
